Very rude management!
Let me preface this review by saying I am a very easing going guy and not once in my life have I ever called corporate on an individual. Well that changed today definitely.
I came here to do a return for some sneakers that I purchased that were too big for my son. As per Nikes policy, I have 60 days to return them in ANY condition no questions asked and I even verified this with an individual on the Nike app. Immediately upon presenting the sneakers at the register I was given a hard time by store manager whoâs name is Zachary. He was completely rude and disrespectful. He was asking me tons of questions like âwhy didnât he try them on before wearing themâ âthese sneakers are worn how are you trying to return worn sneakers.â I told him because the policy states that if they donât feel good I can return them and that I also verified this with another individual. He told me he knows what the policy is and that he doesnât care so heâs not returning them. Putting on a show for his peers and a line full of customers.
To be fair, I understand stores have a certain level of discretion when it comes to this stuff (but when I called corporate he said itâs mandatory for them to return it) and honestly if he was nice and offered solutions such as shipping back to the warehouse. instead, he rather put numbers over his customers. If he was more professional then this review would be completely different, I love leaving 5 stars reviews on companies any day if they deserve it.
I wouldnât have made such a big deal if he wasnât so rude and unprofessional with his interaction with me, basically belittling me in front of his peers and customers. Iâve never felt so disrespected and embarrassed in a store. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location to do business. This will probably go unseen but Nike needs to know what kind of management they have running one of their biggest south...
Read moreTerrible đ¤ I am deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at this Nike store. What should have been a routine shopping experience turned into one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful interactions Iâve ever encountered in retail.
While trying on multiple pairs of sneakers to decide on a purchase, a sales associate abruptly approached my fitting area, snatched a pair of shoes I was considering, and stated, âYou canât buy these,â without offering any explanation. The invasion of personal space and dismissive tone were shocking. When I pressed for clarification, the associate claimed the shoes were âin the wrong boxâ but could not identify which box was correct or resolve the issue.
This interaction was not only humiliating but also reflective of a severe lack of training and customer care. Instead of addressing the situation with professionalism or empathy, the associate chose to escalate tensions through rude behavior and a complete disregard for basic courtesy.
As a longtime Nike customer, I expect better from a brand that prides itself on inclusivity and quality service. The conduct displayed at this location was utterly inexcusable and has left me reconsidering where I choose to shop in the future. I hope this feedback prompts meaningful improvements in staff training and...
