For remarkable service and to have someone that works with you based on the your needs go to Kay’s Outlet located in Blackwood, NJ. It is the Premium Outlets location. First, it does not feel like an outlet but a regular jewelry store especially with their jewelry selection. The staff works with you to find the perfect piece jewelry either for you or as a gift. Whether it is looking for earrings, necklaces, rings or bracelets, they have them and more. They dedicate time to you for a personalized jewelry experience. They take what you say to heart and are passionate in getting the right piece of jewelry for you. When you go into the store, you were always greeted with a smile. They will ask if they can help you and if they are working with another person, the person in front of them is their priority. When it comes to having jewelry inspected, it is highly advised that you make an appointment. It is truly amazing to see how the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty in order to have everything perfect for you. You would not know that Jessica is the manager as she works side by side with all members of her team. Aaron and Stacy are delightful as well as they work with you to ensure that you are able to get what you need. Again, everyone does things with in a courteous manner. I wholeheartedly believe that when you are looking for jewelry go to this location because customer service is number one. You need to have an idea and they will help guide you through the rest of the process. They make purchasing jewelry an easy. If you were into jewelry such as I am, it is worthwhile to get the Kay card. By spending a certain amount, you were able to purchase Jewelry with 0% financing with a term limit. You would think from this review that I work for Kay Jewelers, which I do not, but I frequent the store because of their solid customer service. Read moreEarlier this year, I decided I wanted to propose to my amazing boyfriend. I did some ring shopping, and Kay's had some styles similar to what my boyfriend had mentioned he really liked. I originally decided on a ring that I picked out online, and the ring came very quickly! It was gorgeous though a little big, so I knew it would have to be adjusted.
Almost a few days after the ring came, I noticed there was a store-wide sale for Valentine's Day, and I wanted to see if I could have the discount retro-actively applied since I had just purchased the ring only about a week before. I called the Kay's service line, and they informed me that I would need to stop in-store for the adjustment, though they mentioned the outlet should have no problem applying the discount.
I met with the manager of the store and explained my situation. She was so kind, and actually helped me pick out a more luxurious ring which was now in my budget due to the sale! The manager took care of virtually everything from that point (from retrieval from another store to resizing to the right fit). The customer service was phenomenal, and she was so kind and observant of my boyfriend and I throughout the entire process.

Read moreWords cannot express how much Jessica have gone above and beyond helping me thru the saddest time of my life.. coming up on 9 years of marriage, the other jewelers that I bought my engagement ring from told me my ring was destroyed and “ trashed”. Jessica took my ring over and found other avenues on how to repair it and make it possible for me to wear again, knowing how much sentimental value it was to me. Constantly on the phone with the shop, coming up with ideas, keeping me in the loop, sending me photos, we were able to “Save” my ring…. Until..it was on its way back to the store it was involved in a theft, I was heartbroken, she had to give me the bad news, after going to battle for me to save it, the shop went all out bought new tools and took their time to salvage my ring. And it was gone in a heartbeat. Nonetheless Jessica went to bat for me again finding another ring similar to mine, working with my husband and I thru my tears in the store she was able to kindheartedly uplift me and make it a positive experience, we were able to find a replacement. It might not be the same ring I was proposed to, or had my vows with, but we made a full circle since she was the original one whom my husband bought the original engagement ring from and now she is helping us again 9/10 years later.
