Real Fruit Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Gloucester Township

Myself and my kids look forward to smoothies from here every-time we visit the outlets and came today at 1140am it said they opened at 1130 doors were locked and the girl that was in there was just sitting on her phone with her headphones and looked at us and said we’re not open. Stopped by on Sunday 8/4 at 722pm, after I saw it was open until 8pm online. Came in to two workers looking at me like I was an alien, they said that they were closed. The door was unlocked so I assumed they were open and it wasn’t 8pm yet. I stated that online hours say 8pm, she said they close at 730? Again I looked at my phone and it was 722 so why wasn’t I getting served? I left and as I left they locked the door behind me. I was looking for a late morning bubble tea. They were supposed to be open at 11, and the doors were still locked at 11:10. I had to wait 5 min before they opened the door. I ordered a bubble tea and was told the tapioca wasn’t ready yet. I got a mango slush instead and it wasn’t sweet - tasted like the mangos weren’t ripe.
