Ocean Breeze Dispensary — Local services in Gloucester

I avoided this place for a long time, because as a caregiver I thought I would always get way better prices at the other dispensary in town which has medical, as well as recreational. However, I popped in one day and was shocked to find prices here similar to the med prices and some were even better. And THIS is truly a home-grown, local quirky place with so much love & appreciation for our heritage (even though owner Andrew is from Beverly I think). They offer truly unique, locally made products such as hot wild honey, chocolate sauce, barbecue sauce and frosting, just to name a few! And the staff is chill, very welcoming, the location is super convenient next to train station and Dollar General Store. Finally, a special mention of this wonderful woman Ella, who gives excellent advice to choose the best product for me, in a very candid, experience-based way. One day I went in there and started to have an emotional meltdown based on a recent personal tragedy I went through that somehow got triggered. Ella showed me exceptional love and kindness in that moment and I walkd out feeling supported and valued as a VIP customer (We ALL are!) Fantastic. It’s so hard to find somewhere in Mass that sells deli-style but this place does it and they do it well. The selection from the bud bar is a bit narrow but the budtenders are knowledgeable in a way that budtenders that sell pre-packaged aren’t.
