Regarding my previous review, I've taken some time to reflect on the situation, and I've decided not to remove it. While you've made the repair now, the delay and the pressure to remove my review didn't leave a positive impression. I hope you can improve communication and customer service in the future.

Oh, just to add, we have another store located in Everett where we're facing a similar problem with the stickers peeling off. During the installation, I was given a one-year warranty with the assurance that this wouldn't happen. However, the issue in Everett has yet to be resolved, and I'm still waiting for a fix there as well.

I hope we can address this issue and prevent future inconveniences.

Em relação à minha avaliação anterior, reservei um tempo para refletir sobre a situação e decidi não removê-la. Embora tenham feito o reparo agora, o atraso e a pressão para que eu removesse minha avaliação não deixaram uma impressão positiva. Ah, só para acrescentar, temos outra loja localizada em Everett onde estamos enfrentando um problema semelhante com os adesivos se descolando. Durante a instalação, me deram uma garantia de um ano com a garantia de que isso não aconteceria. No entanto, o problema em Everett ainda não foi resolvido, e estou aguardando uma solução lá também.
