used these guys exclusively for years because i would order something and get it 24-48 hours later, and their customer service was fantastic. well, the customer service is still polite, but that is it. efficiency has gone way backwards. this most recent order (and likely my last) took 4 days before it even shipped, and likely would have taken longer had i not called them to find out what was up. *this happened their website mentions they have a product in stock, so i order it, but in reality, while processing the order, they find that they do not have the item in stock. on day 3 (since order placed) i email them asking if order has shipped yet....crickets. i call them on day 4 (since order placed) and ask about order only to be told that the color i ordered was not available and that was delaying the shipment. i mention that it is odd that this could'nt have been passed along to me in a 2 minute phone call at the time they noticed the discrepancy, then we could have figure it out and package goes out that day. dudes response.... "well i guess it got forgotten in the hustle of the weekend" GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! i also mention that i NEED the item the next (5th) day and that i ordered 4 days ago because history with them has shown that getting something within 5 days is usually not an issue to which the response was "it will go out today" here i am on the 7th day since i placed the order, fuming that a company i once relied on to excel has become the same as every other company out there, only worse. the admission that they forgot about my order so they could weekend and not remedying their mistake by not expediting the order has cost them a loyal customer. i heard disc store...

I have only ever used this store for all of my disc golf needs. Thought it was great until today. I waited in the parking lot for 2 hours for the drop of the Simon Line Time Lapse just so I could be the first one in the store. When I walked in at opening I asked the guy at the front desk if they had gotten any in he acted like he had no idea what disc I was talking about- it was obvious he was playing dumb. Was also in a week before to ask about the drop, talked to the same worker. My mom and I were then approached by a manager who overheard our conversation. He said they did in fact have 10 discs sent to them but he had already given 5 to his employees. You would think that they would then sell the rest to devoted customers who have spent A LOT of money there, but no he decided he would auction them - they did the same at their sister store, I called. He proceeded to explain to us that he was so angry with MVP cause he has put half-a-mil into the company (pretty sure that's just business, you have to purchase product to sell product) and they only supplied him with 10 discs. He had this woe is me attitude like he was the one getting screwed cause he couldn't make more money. This guy screwed over loyal customers who were there and expected to have the opportunity to purchase this disc. I will NEVER shop here or contribute to this company again. Great little shop for anything disc golf! I've made several orders from them, and I am always pleased. The employees are all very helpful and knowledgeable, and most of the time super friendly. (I called once during an off-day for one of the employees, and he was pretty short with me. However, they have been very busy lately, especially with covid-19, and he still answered my questions and got me what I wanted.) The other times I've called, I've been treated wonderfully by people who seem happy to help. G3T has also been incredibly helpful with online orders and ensuring that people get what they want--since people currently can't physically enter the store. They are happy to walk through your order and answer any questions! Thus, they've made online shopping for discs a breeze. They fulfill orders as fast as possible, and are quick at getting back over email to fix any mistakes. On one of my bigger orders, they even threw in a free G3T 25th anniversary star destroyer! Overall: even at their worst, they're still pretty good. This is definitely my go-to shop for all things disc golf, and it should...
