Didnât realize your business model is based on Political ideology and would choose to discriminate against paid customers!
Why would it take 5 days to produce 1 single T-shirt? Is it because my design went against company policy, no? Was it because because the complexity of my design, no?
Was it because your employees choose not to print my shirt based on their own political allifiation or the color of my skin, more than likely?
What is your company policy on accepting payment in full from customers and not delivering on the time promised?
Whatâs your policy on discriminating on customers based on race, religion, or political affiliation?
Are their repercussions for employees who discriminate and who do not adhere to company policies?
I suppose the better question is do you, as company, support discrimination in any form?
All this over 1 T-shirt, I walk into the store minutes ago and I see hundreds of shirts being boxed up to be shipped to other customers, so explain to me why my shirt didnât get done in 5 days?
I wonder how many different excuses you will use to justify this blatant form of discrimination, I bet you wonât even respond to this comment!
In fact, Iâll do one better, Iâll wait for your response before I splatter this situation all over the social media forums your company participates in order expose your discriminatory business practices!

Although I do appreciate the owner personally reaching out regarding this situation, the attempt to make light of this and call this a misunderstanding is an obvious attempt to save face and a rather weak one!
Either you didnât do your due diligence regarding the facts of the matter or your employees are lying to you!
Check your security footage from that day and you will see the two (2) Genuises who work for you and âhelpedâ me that day.
I spent an hour or more in your store gathering all the information regarding my print, pricing, turnaround time, a variety of printing options and quotes, and INVENTORY ON HAND!
The shirt I selected to be printed on was verified in stock by your employee, he even took his time and went to the back to check! So your myth of my shirt being out of stock needs some editing.
On your message, you claimed that âyou are the one who processed my refund...â
You witnessed and allowed your employee to walk around aimlessly looking for my order...asking the actual employees that were there during my transaction, âHas anyone seen this order?â
...Not a single response, bless that young ladyâs heart, no one was interested in helping her...NOT YOU and NOT even the young guy who ACTUALLY designed my order and had me sign papers...How do you explain that?!?
Are your business principles âout of stockâ too?!? Apparently those are on back order!!
As the owner, why didnât you step in and handle the situation immediately?!? You didnât even ask a single question as to why I was demanding a refund nor did you address me directly...
Only speaking through your employee as if I was on the phone and not STANDING IN YOUR STORE face to face!!
Now you have the AUDACITY, to leave a message on my phone insunuating that I WAS MAKING THIS ENTIRE SITUATION UP and nothing about you and your staffâs treatment of the situation could be considered discriminatory?!?
The best part about this entire situation is, instead of accepting fault and ârighting the shipâ, youâve chosen to deflect and challenging my experience as though it didnât happen exactly the way Iâve described it.
You wouldnât have reached out to me if I didnât share my experience publicly on this review forum.
You sure the heck didnât care or have enough business acumen to rectify this situation prior to these postings, which was made abundantly clear by your in-person demeanor!

What a horrific experience working with Big Frog. I placed an order for custom t-shirts with front and backside graphics. I designed the graphics myself and provided their design team with vector images of each element and mock-ups to show exactly what I was looking for in terms of sizing and placement. After a little back-and-forth refining, I was sent back a proof of the shirt design (first image). Thinking all looked as it should, I approved and paid over-the-phone. The following week I went in to pickup my order and saw the final result (second image).
I feel utterly misled with the proportions of the custom design that I spent countless hours putting together as a gift. My mistake was not understanding that they have strict limitations on the sizing of their prints due to the equipment that they have. And their mistake was not communicating to me that the end product would not come out looking at all like the proof they provided me. Because of this lack of clear communication, I would NOT recommended this shop for any of your custom printing needs.
Renee, the manager, and Casey, the main designer, are genuine, nice people and I can't imagine this being intentional. But I am still out a bunch of money for some...
   Read moreI will recommend Big Frog to anyone and everyone looking for custom apparel, till the day I die! I had the most wonderful experience. After considering both mainstream and local custom apparel companies, I found Big Frog. My order was time sensitive and Julia (at Big Frog) helped answer my every question and concern while being EXTREMELY prompt. I talked to her on Wednesday, gave her my order total on Thursday and picked up the finished product Friday afternoon. It was INCREDIBLE! They even have a graphic designer to help execute your ideas. Renee (at Big Frog) created my graphic into something even better than I could have imagined. She made sure the logos and lettering were proportional and aligned correctly on the sweatshirt. The big online stores don't have someone to make sure it looks good! Also there was no minimum on my order, the big online companies usually make you order a minimum of ~48, but not at Big Frog! I know I'll be needing more custom apparel in the future and I won't be going anywhere...
