My husband and I decided around 2 pm that on a whim, we were going to go to Porsche Minneapolis, from Duluth, MN. We got there and knew that if there were any vehicles we liked, it would close before we could do anything. Our salesman, Dexter, was terrific. He went above and beyond with almost everything we needed. I did not want to drive any Cayenne's because it was cold, and they would have to get them out from behind other cars. This was no issue, and neither was having to get a jump box to move the one in front of the Cayenne; I was honestly expecting to come back another day to drive them. I was treated with so much respect as a customer, and they did not know if we could even buy one at this time. They stayed for almost two hours after closing to decide which Cayenne we were buying. It was the one in the back that just got traded. I had to wait for it to get certified, but not too long. I was leaving with my Porsche Cayenne Turbo S within two days, and I love it. The night I came to get it, they waited for me and worked past their close time again.
I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Porsche Minneapolis and my salesman Dexter. I cannot wait to purchase my next Porsche in a couple of years!

I'm excited to share my second car buying experience with Porsche Minneapolis! This time, I purchased a 2025 Cayenne GTS, with some rare things to find on any Porsche, making my experience unique. I found the car I wanted through the Porsche car finder and reached out to Steve in sales, I explained that I wanted this specific car in Illinois and he, along with the team went to work and made it happen.
It wasn't easy to get the other Porsche dealer to agree to the trade, especially since it is a coveted Cayenne GTS, but they pulled it off! I can't emphasize enough how courteous, friendly, kind, and professional everyone at this dealership is. From start to finish, they kept me informed throughout the entire journey.
I absolutely trust Porsche Minneapolis for ALL of my car needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

Read moreWorst experience bar none, never again will I ever go here for any kind of service period I highly recommend never going here. At first I felt like they were going to take care of me and my pride and joy my 1998 2.5L Base Porsche Boxster which i got while serving my active duty tour in the Marine Corps this car has never once gave me trouble or even died on me. I went on a 6 month deployment to Iraq and Kuwait and when I came back she still started up and ran like new. Porsche Minneapolis even provided me a rental for that day, I thought man this is some quality service here! And here I was saying (Thank you Porsche minneapolis you guys are great)... Then I come back to pick up my car and return the rental I thought everything was going smoothly and then BAM I get pulled back in and shown a dent on the rental. I did not take the rental car any where I took it home and back thats it. And then here I was stuck with either paying for it straight out of pocket or going through my insurance so I shelled out the 1700 dollars on top of that the 285 for the alignment. After that day the car was a really bouncy when it came to turns I didnt think much of it until I took my wheel off.... And load and behold my adjusters for both my front drop links are completely gone. The sway bar is hanging on my control arm and the adjuster for the drop links are gone they left me with the bolts in the sway bar and the control knuckle.. I called and messaged to see maybe they took them off by mistake for the alignment job, I got told it came in that way or they must have fallen off by a porsche service tech. its funny they say that because THE DAY I took the car in I did a check up of everything to make sure it was all there and nice and tight I even did one the day prior! So now im out 2400 dollars all in one day and I only went in for one thing and they hit me with all this. This place is the worst my very first experience ruined thanks to this place I highly recommend to any persons in the military, veteran, or civilian to not go to this place they will steal from you and still leave you...
Read moreWe were interested in purchasing a Cayenne Coupe Turbo S E-Hybrid but we had the worst experience. The first time we visited the dealer was on a Saturday and we wanted to test drive the car and we were told it had absolutely no gas and no charge so we couldn’t try it. We asked if someone could go get gas and we’re told no but to come back Monday because and it will be fully charged and have gas. We came back on this day and it still had no gas and no charge. We felt dismissed. We had to wait for them to go fill it for 20+ minutes. We wanted to experience the plug in hybrid so it was a disappointment that it wasn’t charged like we were promised. The third time we went was later that week and we were told the vehicle wasn’t available for us to view because it was off site in the “vault”. Nobody could get it for us. We felt dismissed and disrespected again. We agreed with our salesman, Shawn to come back Monday and he promised it would be back from the vault fully charged and with gas so we could finally test drive it as we originally wanted. We called that agreed upon Monday morning to tell him we would come at 3. He said unfortunately the vehicle is on hold for a long time client of theirs so now we can’t see it and it Sold and basically this client is more important than us. We previously purchased a 2016 cayenne S from then and ended up leaving this situation absolutely disgusted with the treatment we received from Shawn and whoever was involved. We all felt as though they purposely never had this car ready for us to test drive to hold it for this “special” client of theirs. We also left with the feeling of why did they hold it for this person but not us? We had previously purchased from them and would be a continued client, but after this whole debacle we certainly will not be ever purchasing from them again and left feeling like they have poor business ethics of picking favorites and manipulating the situation to whatever suits...
