I don't even know where to start. This place is absolutely amazing. 3 of my brothers and my parents have had jewelry made at Perry Cohn so I knew exactly who to send my grandmothers engagement ring to for restoration. It is a gorgeous Edwardian style ring with intricate filigree. They seamlessly replaced the shank, upgraded the diamond and restored some of the filigree. The work they did on it is stunning and the price was literally jaw dropping. I am having them design a wedding band to match the style of my ring. I even got his wedding band through them. I live in Utah and have done ALL of it, the consultations and transactions over the phone, it has been absolutely seem less. Best jewelry decision you will ever make. Hands down.

They sold me a fake (sample) ring from the case saying it was white gold and diamonds. Re-sized it for me and after only wearing it a short time my finger had blisters. Brought the ring back and was told it was an "honest" mistake. The ring was not white gold, nor was it a diamond. They said the ring should have been ordered and not given to me out of the case. Really? I’m thankful I have allergies to cheap metals. And I want to make sure everyone understands, I had it resized there too! Everyone...
