Read moreThis was the absolute worst school I’ve ever attended. I did their nursing program a few years ago. The teachers were awful and so was the whole administration at this place. They CONSTANTLY accused me and the students of cheating on exams when there was NO PROOF of any of this ever happening!!! They would then fail your test making it close to impossible to pass the course! It was like they wanted you to fail at this school so you would have to pay another 5000+ dollars to retake their classes. You would get tests back and you constantly had to double check the grading because it was always wrong they would mark questions wrong that were actually correct. This was also only if they allowed you to double check the grading…most of the time they refused to let you double check. When you would try to inquire what questions you got wrong on exams they would refuse to tell you so you could never improve on the next test because you had no idea what answers you got wrong. The teachers wouldn’t even show up half the time….but if you needed a day off, it didn’t matter if you were sick, had a wedding, a family emergency anything they would literally tell you you were going to fail the course if you missed a class. I learned nothing at this school. Everything I learned came from my first year of doing a nurse residency program after I graduated. DO NOT GO HERE or waste your money on this school. If I could have given this place zero stars I would have. When you tried to make a complaint your treatment from the teachers became worse because it was such a small school. This school was such a scam and only wants your money they don’t care about the quality of your education. Kylie was the worst. I will give one shout out to Daniel Marcelle. He was helpful and kind. He was the ONLY one! He was the Dean and seemed to care about the students and listen to concerns and...
Read moreAtrocious dental care from the clinic here. I understand that we are in an educational environment here, but I was assigned to a student who took 2x. 3 hour exams to complete initial exam, and X rays. 3 more 3 hour appointments (9 hours in the chair) and we had not completed a single quadrant of root planning/scaling which would typically take under 3 hours. I feel bad for this student. I had to quit attending because she obviously wasnt getting the instruction that was needed at her stage in her education. Prior to giving up, I spoke with the appointment scheduler, and informed her of our lack of progress in detail, and mentioned that perhaps this student needed additional instruction, she informed the head of the department... But still no noticable change. I would not suggest this college, as a student, or as a patient. Either way, you may not get the help that you need. Also, I have requested my X rays multiple times, but because they were taken 2 separate days, I have not yet received a full set (which was taken) Apparently they are not all in the same file or some thing, either way.. I dont have them due to someones failure. AVOID THIS PLACE. Not the students fault, the staff appear unable or unwilling to provide up close instruction when needed, perhaps they are understaffed, I'm not sure. **update, I received my final bite wing x rays today, only a month from when...
