My massage was amazing!!! Truly one of the best ones I’ve had. I felt like I was at a resort. Environment was clean and welcoming. Sadie was so great, she’s truly blessed with her hands. She was attentive, made sure that I was always comfortable, and I didn’t feel like my massage was rushed at all. No complaints at all. I’m truly at awe. I will surely be back!!
Edit So I went back. Like I said I would. I saw a Groupon special and instantly bought a couples massage this time. I confirmed my appt time a few days before. The day of the appt, I drove there with my husband. They tell me, that they tried to call me. They had to cancel my appt due to one of the therapist calling out sick. I checked my phone, yeah they called literally an hour before my appt time. (I was busy showering and getting ready for the appt). So I wasted my time and gas driving a half an hour here. Okay, whatever… they rescheduled me for 2 weeks later.
Once again , I get a call a few days before confirming my appt, I confirmed. The day of the appt.. I get a phone call saying they had to once again reschedule my appt for a few hours later due to the therapist once again leaving sick. I expressed how frustrating it was to reschedule once again but the lady on the phone sounded unbothered and like she didn’t care. I took the appt time anyways since I had no choice.
I showed up at said appointment time. This time, it was different than before. I didn’t feel welcomed and the vibe was off. The massage therapist however was very kind. I mentioned to the therapist that I would like to upgrade the massage to deep tissue, she said she would let the front desk know. The massage was great! We both loved the massages!
I get to the front desk after the massage and she tells me that it’s $30 for the upgrade. I chuckled to myself thinking to myself, that the least they could’ve done was waive the upgrade charge for all the rescheduling inconveniences. But paid anyways… they don’t HAVE to do anything. I bought a service, gotta pay for it.
I loved their massages so I would love to comeback but I am BIG on customer service… and I’m sad to say that I’m now conflicted about...
Read moreNEVER associate your personal or business time or resources to this place and its employees. Never have I ever been spoken to so extremely rude and stonewalled during an entire conversation than I have with this merchant and its employee. Upon describing the situation I was deliberately and continuously talked over, hence never listening to a single thing I said. Continuance of stonewalling telling me I am wrong when in fact Groupon is telling me exactly what she be done during a refund process. Never listening, continuing to rudely talk over and take advantage of another customer as I’m sure they do many others with this tactic. After speaking with an employee I was told a refund would be no issue after emailing them requesting such. A week goes by and not a single shed of correspondence. Upon reaching out they have no record of my emails, call, or refund request, which of course is apart of their shady tactics; Their listing having no indication of restrictions to use of the Groupon, but met with hostile rejection and contempt when asking about the error. Very unprofessional, immature, and quite childish to to treat a customer like this and then hang up on them because she knew she was wrong and wasn’t able to take advantage of this customer, hoping they would let the situation go. No, they are wrong for what they did and should face the consequences of their actions like adults.
Days later now checking my Groupon I see the merchant illegally without my consent or knowledge marked my second voucher as “used” days after speaking with them in person saying a refund would be issued no problem. Will be in further contact with Groupon, BBB, and any available sources for help on this matter pertaining to...
Read moreRecently I booked a facial and massage at this business. The experience was underwhelming. First, the massage was just plane horrible. The woman who provided the service must have used at least a half a bottle of massage oil on me for no reason. I was dripping in oil. Second, I don't even think you could call what she gave me a massage. Third, they ask you to get there early to fill out paperwork if you are a new client, which I did. The form asks if there is anywhere you don't want to be massaged and I wrote in big letters "HEAD." Sure enough half way through the massage she ran her hands into my hair to rub my head which also meant my hair was now an oil slick. It was also apparent that she never looked at the form I filled out where I asked that she spend extra time on my neck and shoulders. Also, the room in which I received my treatments was literally the size of a closet. The table I laid on could not be straight, it had to be on an angle just so it could fit in the room. Abut 15 minutes into the massage someone walked into the room unannounced and of course slammed the door into the treatment table because you can only open the door about 45 degrees before you hit the table. It was just horrible. The facial was better. Tonia did a good job of explaining what she was doing but again I could tell she was having trouble maneuvering around the room. It was also the only facial I have ever received that did not have a neck and shoulder massage as part of the treatment. After the services the owner asked me how everything was and I told her the facial was good, the massage not so much. She offered to have me come back but I was only in town for a 2 days. Would I come...
