This establishment was a complete disappointment. The wait was longer than normal seeing as though there was only 3 people in front of me. The server on the line was extremely unsanitary, unprofessional and disrespectful. He was literally playing with our food-sprinkling lettuce and cheese from the air, took a huge spoon of guac and slapped it onto my burrito to the point half of it slid off onto the counter. He scooped it with his hands and played basketball with it into the trash. I wish that I was making this stuff up. I was extremely appalled at what was taking place. Another employee observed what was going on and stepped in to complete my order. She asked him to provide her with another tortilla to attempt to redo my burrito. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the tortilla was extremely cold as though it came straight out of the refrigerator. I had to warm up my burrito in the microwave. I called the establishment the following day, to which the manager, Enrique answered, to inform them of the situation. Instead of simply apologizing for the service in which I received, the first thing he said was well why didn’t I speak with someone the day before. Yes, I could have, however given my frustration and how hungry I was, I definitely was not in the state to do so in that moment. I didn’t call a week, or a month later, I called the very next day!! Even if he apologized for the inconvenience and unpleasant customer service I received then followed up with that question, I would have understood but at the very least he didn’t even do that. He was being extremely rude to me for no reason. I didn’t call yelling, cursing or being disrespectful, so to receive that kind of treatment was terrible. It is a managers duty to appropriately handle conflict resolution, especially at the fault of your employee. His inability to do so showed immensely, not only in his response but reflected in the work his employee was producing. At that point, I went into the establishment to get a refund and his attitude did a complete 180 because my husband was with me, crazy. I will not be giving this location anymore of my business. It is very unfortunate seeing as though this is a new location and is literally a few minutes from my house but I cannot trust a place of business like this. Moving forward, ensure the entirety of your employees are adequately trained and brush up on your management skills. Chipotle isn’t going anywhere but best believe the workers...
Read moreLet me start by saying I have only left one other review in my life, and it was for a pair of shoes I loved! I was thrilled when this Chipotle opened up recently, close to our home. I have been picking up dinner for my family 2-4 times a week since they opened, because it's convenient. The customer service is typically below par, but I'm really not that picky. But last night was over the top! The incident was so atrocious, as observed by other guests, that one of them recommended I write a Google review, and mentioned she will never return to this particular location. As we are driving to the location my daughter placed and paid for, a very simple order, of basically plain chicken tacos, kid style, through the app.at 7:11. The app states our order will be ready at 7:30. We arrive at the location at 7:13, so I go inside, instead of using the drive through. I wait behind a line of people to let the lady behind the counter know about my online order and ask If there is anyway she can make it for me sooner, since I'm here. She checks with Natalia, the employee working the drive through window, Natalia looks at me and I wave and smile, and stand there, and stand there, and stand there... Customers walk in, get in line, get their food, and leave. Lots of customers! When I ask how much longer, Natalia lets me know my order will be ready at 7:30, like the app said. Therefore, because I have already paid through the app, I am forced to stand there and wait 17 mins. And apparently, no one else in the store is able to make my very plain kid style tacos. I just need to wait, and watch other customers come and go with their food, because I am stuck in Chipotle App purgatory, held there by my captor Natalia! Absolutely disgraceful and ridiculous! Busy working moms who have kids with after school activities like to fool ourselves by believing Chipotle is a somewhat healthy choice, because of the convenience factor. If it's not convenient...What's the point! Bottom line, I will no longer choose this location, even though it is close to my home. It is more convenient for me to drive out of my way than to stand and wait almost 20 mins for my kid's chicken tacos! On top of that, my daughter didn't even eat it because the chicken was burnt!...
Read moreMy visits to Carlos Rubiano's Chipotle have been consistently underwhelming, primarily due to the shockingly small portion sizes served. It's almost comical how little they give you, as if Carlos Rubiano himself is rationing out food during a famine rather than serving paying customers. It's clear that profit margins take precedence over customer satisfaction under Carlos Rubiano's management.
Carlos Rubiano, the manager in question, sets a tone of disrespect and indifference. His demeanor suggests he takes pleasure in disappointing patrons and instructs his staff to provide meager portions, completely disregarding customers' reasonable expectations.
Adding insult to injury, the employees here seem to have adopted Carlos Rubiano's disdainful attitude. Eye rolls and sighs are their preferred responses, leaving you feeling like an unwelcome inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
In conclusion, if you enjoy leaving a restaurant feeling hungry, disrespected, and utterly dissatisfied, Carlos Rubiano's Chipotle is the perfect choice for you. However, if you value fair portions and respectful service, I strongly recommend avoiding this location and finding a Chipotle where customer satisfaction...
