Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Goodyear

I tried to use the free bagel promo for the grand opening through the app. Downloaded the app, selected what I wanted, entered my card information for future purchases, and BAM payment processed. It never allowed me to add the promo before it charged my card. Big scam from a large corporation. Would rather support small businesses than this place. Tried to call the store to cancel the order so I could do it correctly and they couldn’t find my order until I called back 20 minutes later and it suddenly appeared. Employee and manager kept telling me I have to cancel it on my end and there was nothing they could do but the app doesn’t give you the option. They could not look up my order using the confirmation id I was sent via email. Apparently they can’t refund me and I have to go through corporate. Manager offered to make my bagel but it became more of a hassle than it was worth my time. We will see if I even get my refund since I had to submit a random form online that didn’t even provide confirmation that they received it. Super disappointed from the beginning and 1000% was not worth my time to create an account using the app. So much for a free...

Horrible service. Went in today to purchase a few dozen bagels and was sent home with over 20 cinnamon raisin bagels. The only thing I said to omit was the sesame seed and everything bagel but to give me a variety of everything else. Well I guess that meant majority of my order would be raisin ones since I got like 4 plain, 4 cinnamon sugar, and 4 cheese, I called they were more concerned about what the person looked like than fixing the issue. And the only way to rectify is for me to go back down there again to either get a refund or make the order again at another time. The shift lead hung up on me and kept talking over me and try insinuate that I couldn’t tell the difference between a raisin and chocolate chip. Beyond disappointed in the new business in Goodyear. Been here a handful of times and every time they somehow manage to screw up my order. The first time I asked for a toasted bagel with shmear, ended up with no toasted bagel. Next visit same thing happens again and i have to give them back my bagel to toast it. And yes I always ask for my bagels to be toasted. The last visit I asked for a bagel with jelly and got a bagel with a side of jelly. Where’s my paycheck since I’m doing their work to complete my order now?
