HELLO CUTIE REVIEW Experience with Sellers: 10/10 Absolutely wonderful, kind people. Met both in person at their store and communicated with via FB marketplace and text. Quick, detailed friendly communication!

Came as Described: 8/10 Beautiful, high quality, fresh clean paint, all new fixtures just as shown in photos. Color didn’t exactly match the photo and one drawer is sticky/only pulls halfway. But still beautiful and well crafted/refurbished. I should have probably gone to look at it in person before buying, but I have no regrets as I absolutely love the piece as is and would still have bought it.

Delivery: 9/10 Brought it to my place and up 3 flights of stairs carefully and quickly. This was very impressive as this thing was HEAVY! Came lightly wrapped to protect from dirt/little dings in transit. Made it into my place in perfect condition, scratched the floor a bit though (not his fault I should have been watching) I would recommend having a large thick blanket to put it on and have at least one other person help to protect floor! Willing to deliver outside of business hours. Was a bit late to planned time but no big deal, within the hour. Additional fee but well worth it.

Price: 9/10 Very fair for such a beautiful high quality piece!! Just knocking it a bit because of the semi broken drawer. Be aware there are additional taxes and delivery fee.

OVERALL: I firmly believe this is THE BEST place to buy local, fresh, clean, high quality, well priced, beautiful unique furniture from in the area!! I will absolutely recommend to everyone and go back for more...

I hesitate to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret. My wife and I were all over facebook marketplace looking for an "inexpensive" second dresser. Everything we saw was inexpensive but not worth a dime. We then came across Hello Cutie and could not believe our eyes. Every piece of furniture was sturdy, expertly refurbished and beautifully redesigned. Samara, - one of the owners?- went over and above in working with us and trying to find something that met our specific needs and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And the prices unbelievably matched the junk posted on Facebook. And, when I called after the piece was delivered to say one of the drawers stuck, there was no hesitation in sending the other owner over 40 minutes away to fix it.
