I called multiple other appliance stores and no one had the part in stock, nor did they offer very good customer service on the phone. When I called North Side, I received “old fashioned” customer service and what I mean by that is you could tell she was happy I called and not annoyed, she was willing to hear my concern and go see if it was in stock simply based on the information I gave her. The hold time was quick because she knew what she was doing and came back confident that she had the correct part.
We drove 40 minutes to pick it up rather than order online. I’m happy we did, we were able to support a local business, have the part that day for an equal price of Amazon and when we walked in she had the part ready and I didn’t tell her we were even coming in.
Beautiful and clean store on the inside and I browsed their appliances and they appeared to be equal pricing to the local “big” appliance...
