While the food was still at the highest standards and taste, I cannot in all good conscience recommend this establishment because this business does NOT care about the safety of its town. This is the second time I came to this particular store and not one of the employees had masks on! NOT ONE! The only time an employee had a mask on is when he brought it out to my car. Then as soon as he turned away from me, he removed it and went to speak to the delivery person and did not respect self distancing! This county is the 3rd highest in the state for new COVID-19 cases on a daily basis! This establishment is totally irresponsible in protecting its employees and the public!!! How you have not been shut down by the Health Department is beyond me. I will not return to this store until you begin to take this pandemic seriously. I placed the order selecting 2 - $7 pepperoni = $14 ⦠I elected to add extra cheese on at +$2 per pizza and was charged $18 plus delivery plus tip. What arrived was 2 pizzaās with extra cheese and ZERO pepperoni. I called the store and explained that I believed the app (not then or they) mistakenly recorded my order wrong. I was told by the male store representative that was working at 5:00pm on 3/23 that because I ordered through the app he could nothing to help correct/resolve my order. When I asked him how he would have received the answer he gave me he went into a completely disrespectful tone and said āI would have made sure it was rightā. They would have to edit my order, which I was fine with. He told me I would have to pay cash. That was no problem. Before hanging up he said my order should be ready in about 30 minutes. An hour went by and still no delivery. I called the store 3 times and no one picked up. Option 1 was to place a new order. I tried that one and asked about my order the lady told me my order had been made. I asked about an estimated time for delivery she said it was at 3:05pm. Current time was almost 4:30pm. She then proceeded to transfer me to the store and all they did was hang up the call. If the person that called me would of told me they were just going to cancel my whole order I would of ordered from elsewhere and not wasted my time! I will no longer be ordering...
