My son has gone several times and spoke very highly of not only the store and its selection but the owner who is very friendly and “sounds honest”. Finally I was able to link up w/ my son and went as well. Spot on! Grafton finally has a trading cards store, great location, clean, organized with a decent amount of new stock and plenty of cards to sift thru. Ya ever go to a collectibles store and your overwhelmed with cards busting at the seams, an unnecessary amount of wall hangings that it looks like my unorganized garage that causes eye strain and subsequent migraine? Thats not this place! Looking up the stores hours of operation just now the google review thingy caught my eye cuz my kid and I are going back today. The last time (last week) we brought along 1 card and got his opinion and decided to send it off to get graded. Today we’re gonna bring many more back cuz the dude is honest, not just “sounds honest” Why so long of a review, such detail? Lets just say the last store similar to this didn't last cuz it blew. This store is good for the town, the kids to have a spot to enjoy a hobby and cuz although he closes at 4 pm last Tuesday my son and I lost track of time to the point the owner (who woulda stayed open longer than the 4:22 pm “hey guys I gotta close up I close at 4 trust me if I didn't haft-a get my kid(s?) Id stay open I wouldn't pass up a sale” Jeezus dude hadda close to pick up a kid lol. Great place. Just a thought maybe open up that back area knock down a wall or two and turn it into a cigar room. I just started getting into the hobby of sports card collecting this year. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable on the card collecting industry of all sports and categories. Anytime you ask them a question they’ll have an answer, if they don’t know, they will find out for you. Their live streams are hilarious and very entertaining. I have learned so much about card collecting from these guys and I thank them for that. When talking with Chris, you can sense the passion he has for the product he sells. Personally, I would skip this place. Drove out of my way. Prices 30-40% over comps. Don’t greet you or offer assistance. I’m sure they are fine getting the local hobby product rippers and marking up grading submissions. Wasn’t worth the trip for me. Made a sealed and raw purchase at sawyer’s 20 mins away.
