Glow Boutique & Tan — Local services in Graham

I bought a 1 month unlimited package for just $58.25, March 21. I tanned 2 times and was placed on some medication that makes you hypersensitive to the sun. My doctor told me not to tan while on the medication. I skipped 2 weeks tanning, went in to resume tanning this past Wednesday. I advised the person working what had happened and asked of there was any way to get an extension on my month since clearly I had not tanned in 2 weeks. I was told No, because I had not told them when I was first placed on the medication. I have not signed or seen anything that states I needed to tell them when put on medication verses when I'm done with the medication. I asked about getting something in writing from my doctor to which she replied "Oh No, I believe you. You just needed to let is know then not now". I don't agree. If this place has a policy stating those terms then it needs to be posted, told to customers as well as initialed by the customer. That way there is no confusion. I'll finish up my package and move my tanning somewherelater. One other small complaint would be their hours. I wish they opened an hour earlier and closed...

I was going here last year and I had an unexpected family emergency and wasn't able to finish out my 6 Mos contract, the owner froze .y account and assured me when I could i could come back in and start a new package. I really appreciated this ,the beds are always hot and the bulbs changed. I use to work at one of the top tanning salons in Burlington (we will leave out the name ) and pretty much had to push sales of tanning products ppl didn't really need and if we didn't we were told we wasn't doing my job. Being me I did what was asked but really hated it because some ppl want beautiful tans but are on a budget so I really disliked doing so. When I started glow their beds were like 50 percent cheaper than the other place and if you had ? S about the products they do their best to answer them and if they don't have it they will try to get it. But at no time did they try to pressure me into packages or products. I've only been to Glow Boutique once,bc I'm new to this area and have been trying to find a new tanning salon to replace my old one i loved. So,guess you could say I was "salon shopping"? Anyway i walk in and im greeted with a friendly smile by the owner,and 2 adorable pups,and as she's showing me the beds,it was something she said while replying to a comment id made ab other salons and the pricing, that caught my attention..It was her view on other salons(SO positive and never downgraded another,almost as if she uplifted these other small salons) and how she values her clients Thats made me already love this place.but on to what you really wana hear: beds:excellent.. pricing:BEYOND affordable.. selection of lotions:pretty good HOWEVER if she doesn't have what you want,she can/will get! And lastly, cust.service:Top Notch!!! I will be here for awhile and recommend to anyone...
