3 amici pizzeria — Restaurant in Graham

Our first time ordering at this location under the new ownership. Arrived before the dinner rush. Simple "to go" order. Medium pizza with one half pepperoni and the other half hamburger. The receipt confirms it. What we received was not what we expected. All of the meats were on one half, and nothing but cheese on the other half. The pizza also lacked ANY flavor in the marinara sauce. I doubt this business will last very long under these circumstances. With all of the new pizzerias opening in our county, this one is undoubtedly doomed. Oh, not to mention the fountain drink machine was gone (completely removed from the premises) and if we wanted two bottled drinks (including bottled water), they would have cost us over $7.00. We passed on those. This location used to be the best NY style pizza in the area, and NOT ONCE in all the years we ordered from them, did they get my order wrong. That is no longer the case. First time trying this place. Ordered a large Artichoke Pizza (so many ppl can't be wrong about how delicious it is, right?) and a slice of Limoncello cake online, placed on a Sunday around 6:30pm. Ordering was quick and easy, updates came through via text, and everything was on time, if not early. I paid online and pickup was super easy. The pizza was FABULOUS. I love a good white pizza option, and I would totally get this again. It was like spinach artichoke dip turned into a pizza. Not sure what the white gooey cheesy blobs were on top, because it definitely already/also had mozzarella all over, but they were so creamy and delicious. Limoncello cake was very good- light, lemony, creamy and refreshing without being crazy sweet. Would 💯 recommend both items and get them again. Can't wait to...

We have had, and made, lots of very good pizza in the 41 years my husband and I have been together! 3 Amici Pizzeria is our new absolute favorite!! The BEST crust with just the right crunch on the outside and chew on the inside with a light almost buttery flavor! The bottom of the crust is perfectly browned, and the cheese to sauce (SO fresh) ratio couldn’t be better. So far, we’ve had cheese as our only topping, because this pie doesn’t need anything else!
