On vacation and needed a basic vape, so yesterday I bought the Smok 22. When I brought it back to the hotel, it charged for a few minutes and the light turned off, thinking it might have already been close to fully charged so I began to use it. After about 40 hits, it than said it was out of battery. When I plugged it back in, it again only had the charging light on for a couple minutes and turned off with no charge to the battery. Today I go back and they say that they don't do refunds. I had already seen that sign and thought that maybe they would at least exchange it for another 22. Clerk than told me that they can't do that either, and only because I had put juice in it (how are you going to know a product is defective unless you USE it?!) They told me to just call the manufacturer to get it replaced.... I explained that I'm on vacation (like alot of people that come here) and bought it specifically for this week. But of course that didn't matter to them. I guess next time I will try to find a way to use my vape without putting any...
