Will never bring a bike here again, and will never suggest anyone else bring a bike there either. I've worked in shops and managed service departments for the last 6 years, and I've never seen worse work come out of a shop. I brought my ebike there for motor warranty work and they had my bike for 2 months. I had to call every week for an update as I was never updated on the process. When I finally got my bike back first ride on it the battery fell out on the trail. Through further inspection I had two different sized crank arms on the bike, tons of nut and bolts were loose, and the actual motor bolts were also loose. After I called for an explanation on all of the work that was done incorrectly the owner simply said "Sorry, things get missed." After paying hundreds of dollars and having to fix my bike myself this shop should not touch...
