Lark Coffee & Roastery — Restaurant in Granby

This place is adorable, the staff is so friendly, the breakfast burritos are better than most in Texas and that is not an exaggeration (DO NOT SKIP THE CHIPOTLE CREAM SAUCE). The lattes are top tier, and they make them very subtly sweet which suits my taste. If you enjoy Starbucks as is, ask to up the sweetness.

In short, you are absolutely missing out if you don’t try them. My only regret is not running out of coffee in my camper sooner.

Couldn’t find Lark Coffee & Roastery on the 2025 best of Granby to vote on it, so I am making it known here, if you come to Granby, stop here! Starbucks or your favorite franchise doesn’t hold a candle to this place. Best coffee me and my wife have ever had. I was in Granby for work and saw the brown sugar bourbon in Google pictures. The coffee was OK and was uniquely served in a glass jar with the option to bring it back for $1 off next purchase.
