Words can't describe the gratitude that my family feels when any one of us walks into Earth's Edge. It is truly hard to explain in a review becuse honestly we are not really that important in the scheme of things...we are just another family that loves hiking, camping and being on the water. What we love about E.E. is that when the doors open our "nobody status" becomes somebody immediately. The staff treat strangers like family and new customers like a big deal...and they treat old customers like a gift. We no longer waste our money on impersonal shopping experiences. We all know how that feels...and frankly...consumers deserve better. Earth's Edge is that better you have been looking for...that better that you deserve. You can take our word for it but I highly recommend walking through their doors and experiencing what we experience for yourself. Y'all will leave with the right gear, a great experience and a smile...

We stopped at the new location in Muskegon on the way up north, the store was beautiful and had a great selection. The gear room is awesome- in an old green house. But the most incredible part was the staff. After a hard week- they brought a smile to my face, helped me select some new dresses, shoes, a bag and even a bracelet. They were kind, caring and just wanted to help me find a few fun new items. I was so grateful for their help, kindness and just over all deep caring to make sure I was helped! I do not write reviews often but when you encounter such exception service you must share with others. Thank you so much to the team that was working the weekend of the 4th, you made my whole week better. Wishing you the best on the new store. Keep up the wonderful customer service. This has always been one of my favorite stores. I have spent thousands, and thousands of dollars here but will never spend another penny at Earth's edge. I walked in today and saw the sign on the door that said "masks required unless you have a medical condition" I shopped for 25 minutes, talked to the owner, and 2 other staff members. I was about to purchase $300-400 worth of merchandise when a lady approached me and said I had to wear a mask. The mask E.O. is NOT LAW! This company obviously does not care about your constitutional or your medical freedoms. I am saddened that my favorite store lost my business to a virus with a 99.87% survival rate without medical intervention. There are plenty of stores (and online shopping) that do care about my rights, and I will spend my money there...
