Subway — Restaurant in Grand Haven

In all my years going to Subway, i have never experinced such terrible service like i did today...first off, my family and i walked in and the new girl was all by herself and the more experienced employees were in the back complaining about who didnt take the trash out. The new girl asked for help since we were ordering 5 subs and this chick said cant u do it by yourself, new girl says no bcuz we were getting 5 subs..so the other employee came out and in a snotty way said "For future refernces, when u know u are ordering that many subs you should really call and place an order, it helps us and you out"...i have never had to call and place an order nor will i ever..and i have never been told that out of all the times i have gone to ANY Subway...do not recommend that Subway on...

Food and service are great! But for some reason the temperature is never right. A couple weeks ago it was cold I couldn't wait to walk back outside to get warmer...it was 45 degrees that day! Today, its hotter than the under belly of a sumo wrestler stuck in the Sarah desert. Why's he in the Sahara? Not sure, maybe his private jet crashed on its way to an international championship. He's the prized wrestler with the strength of a heavy rhino. No other before or since. Now, his mysterious disappearance has left fans and seekers plagued by conjecture and speculation as to his whereabouts. No one...

The grand haven subway is always my favorite to go to. My kiddos get to pick exactly what they want, customized to their taste, which makes dinner time a breeze.

I’m autistic and restaurants can be very difficult for me sometimes, as I don’t get to make my own food. Today I had an issue with the app, and Rachel was so kind and helpful- even as I was nervous. She shows wonderful customer service, and a genuine drive to assist customers.

Once again, we have soft, fresh bread, and tasty sandwiches, cookies, and a nice pizza! Thank you grand haven subway, and special thanks...
