I received OUTSTANDING emergency service on my 2016 F150 at Anderson on Saturday, Aug 22nd, 2020. This was the first leg of a 9 day bucket list vacation my wife and I were making from OKC to Mt. Rushmore, Yellowstone and Estes Park CO. I got a low oil pressure warning light at 2:00 AM, 30 miles outside of Grand Island. After replacing 4 quarts of lost oil. we continued to Grand Island as Anderson was the closest Ford dealership. At 8:30 am, Jeff Wray (Service Advisor) was able to get my truck evaluated at 10am and verified an oil pan leak that had caused a loss of 4 quarts of oil in the 600 miles i had driven since my pre-vacation oil change 2 days prior. He informed me the process would take 6- 8 hours and the service department closed at noon. He and the tech, Jeremy Summers, agreed to do what they could to get the work done ASAP but it would most likely be Monday before we could collect the truck and be on our way. My wife and I secured a camping spot outside of town for our travel trailer and settled in for what we thought would be the first 3 days of our vacation. Jeff graciously provided us with a courtesy car during our stay. I was FLOORED when I got a call from Jeff that my truck was ready at 9:30 on SUNDAY MORNING!!!! We were back on the road at 11:30 am Sunday the 23rd thanks to the extra, extra effort of Jeff and Jeremy. I am so thankful to these two gentleman and to Anderson Auto Group for their special consideration and fine work in repairing my vehicle. We were able to continue with our vacation and still get to Mt Rushmore and see it in person. Had we needed to wait until Monday to get the truck, we would have had to cancel the Rushmore leg of our vacation and most likely never see it. While I live 440 miles from Anderson Ford, I highly recommend their service department for all maintenance and repair needs for all those within the...
Read moreI went into Anderson to look at a Dodge Caravan, it was in rough shape but it was a brand new trade in, so they disclosed it hadn’t been throughly cleaned, or had any mechanical issues addressed yet, the salesman himself was pleasant but that’s about where the good portion of my experience ends. The van needed, rotors, the radio didn’t work, and a few other things, they wanted $9500. When I test drove it they made it a point to tell me someone was there right before me and they were very interested. I took the van to my husband the salesman rode with me on the test drive, we got back to the dealership and started to talk. I made my offer for a cash sale and was told the best they could do was to take the $1200 they expected to spend to fix it and then I would take it as is with the cost of it needed to be fixed on me. So almost $9000 for a vehicle which they told me needed around $1200 worth of work. I called my husband told them what they were offering he gave me a counter offer but before I could even tell the salesman my counter he told me the people who test drove it before me accepted the $1200 so the van was sold. While I was standing at the dealership, they offered a deal to someone who wasn’t even there, and sold it while I was standing there. Shady as hell, then I get a call and the van isn’t sold, and it still sits on their lot. Insulted, I left empty handed, and will never look at their lot again. Shady, and it seemed like they were trying really hard to get out of fixing anything. I talked to them last year about a car, they knew had transmission codes, and they told me point blank they sent it to an auction because they didn’t want to take on the cost to repair the transmission. I hope some single parent didn’t end up with that vehicle. They only cared about making the sale at whatever...
Read moreI have worked with many dealerships in searching for the right vehicle (pickup). After a while it starts getting a little old, the same old comments, the same old sayings etc. I found working with Anderson FORD was a REFRESHING Experience. Even though I may have started out with a salesman that no longer works at Anderson Ford, I found that the Anderson Ford Team is DYNAMIC! They work together so well and tried like crazy to make certain I felt comfortable, had all my questions answered. What impressed me the most is the courteousness and respect they gave me. They made me feel important to the point that I felt like I was getting the red carpet treatment. Mr. Josh Purvis along with Ravi Singh, both made me feel I was at the top of their list of customers to take care of. They welcomed my questions and even went out of their way to make certain that my questions were in fact answered. Josh, God Bless Him, served our country in the military and he showed me respect even though he didn't know me at first. He accepted my questions and if there wasn't something he could answer right away, he would promise to get back in touch and he would follow through. Likewise Ravi too kept my questions close to his heart and went out of his way to make certain my questions were answered. Both of these gentlemen I hope Anderson Ford gives a raise. They are special people. Ravi then handed me over to Lewi and Lewi also made me feel important and respected as well. The entire experience was a refreshed blessing! I am glad I went to Anderson Ford cause not only does their people make the difference, one of their products, the "F150" is one of the best trucks on the road today! I'm...
