Westside Bowling Lanes — Local services in Grand Island

I love taking my son bowling usually we go to super bowl but decided to go to west lane for a change. Worst mistake. They have the crappiest customer service. The guy at concession completely ripped me off. Order 4 chessy fries and chicken nuggets and nachos. He charged me for all them but only gave me 1 chessy fries and chicken nuggets. When I asked how long for the others he started telling me I only paid for 2 items, which was false because the total was VERY high for just 2 items. Then when I talked to the manager she refused to refund me the money for the food I did not receive or even make the food! She was completely rude. I talked to her calmly and respectfully and she had a horrible attitude with me...

Staff at the cafe were incredibly rude. My mil ordered, tried to pay. The older woman working said dont worry, pay after. 20 minutes pass, nothing, 40 minutes I go over to ask on time, she turned to my mil and snapped ‚we‘re not making your food until you pay.‘

A health code issue: I mentioned I have celiac and asked if they share all their fryers to know if I could order fries. She said ‚I dont know about all that diet stuff.‘ Celiac is a disease and categorized as a severe issue food service employees must be trained about. Insanely...

Good place to bowl, they re-did a lot of the building inside, added a new bar, they fixed up the arcade setup, got new shoes, the bowling alley was fixed up a lot compared to how it was before so they did a good job and we had a lot of fun the only downside is their pool tables have a lot of "slope/curve spots" where the ball doesnt roll straight it will be going straight then hit a spot and curl ever so slightly like the table wasnt leveled before it was setup, but otherwise the bowling alley was nice...
