I wouldn't attempt to do business with this company unless you appreciate being ignored and treated as if you don't matter. Sarah came right away to assess our job and promised a bid within a week. After one week, I called to ask for the bid. It never came. I called again and was given the old "blame it on the secretary" excuse. After finally receiving the bid, I called to accept the bid and asked when we might be put on the work schedule. I was told that they would contact me within a week to schedule a date. I never heard from them again. After sending one email and making two phone calls, we were completely ignored. We gave up and contacted another company. I can only guess that because we were not a very big job, under $1,000, we were not important? I would suggest either being honest with people and tell them you do not accept small jobs or perhaps some training in customer service skills might be in order.
