We moved to Grand Junction last week. We came from Parachute where there's more dispensary's than their are restaurants. My daughter told me to check out " The Greenery ", she was so right. Chris was fan-freaking-tastic. I love his high ( no pun intended š) energy customer service. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very fun to interact with. Kevin was great too. Had Chris' back and making sure that their really long, busy line, just kept moving. They are a terrific team. I hope their boss knows how lucky he is to have such passionate employees, who really seem to care about their job. As long as Chris is there, I will definitely be a loyal customer!
I ordered online time and it was a flawless experience. They were ready for me, despite being busy. Brook helped me this time and she was adorable. I loved her total vibe and she was so very personable. Another score from the Greenery! Just so you know, if you happen to be broke Allison has got you. I told her how much money I to spend because payday isn't until tomorrow. She asked what I wanted and she was able to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and didn't spend every single dollar I had. Plus, her dog Gizmo is super adorable. Jonah was busy helping people left and right. I am telling you, if you aren't going to the Greenery you are are missing out!

We were stoked to see the old school counter-style vibe with a real live bud tender, who wasn't there simply to serve pick up orders like fast food. Kudos! While she didn't get consumables, the quantity and variety of products in store was notable and above par.
Fast forward to our 10/10 experience with out budtender, Brodie.
I had literally told my out of town parents, who are used to the personal 1:1 aspen dispensary experience, how different things were here and that it was more online based most places, and even then you still have a wait.
I was delighted to be proven wrong instantly!
From the second we walked in the door, to the last step out, we were met with top notch customer service.
Brodie was friendly and personable, and especially knowledgeable in areas related to the science and application of different canabinoids and products.
This, combined w/ability to effectively recommend products based on your needs and sell them in a way that doesn't feel like your being 'sold', made our experience especially pleasant.
Very refreshing!! Love my dogg Brodie.
This may be the new place for me.

But I called to verify they had it because last time they were out of stock and I didnāt want to drive out there if they didnāt have it. I got there and they had the AiroSport model when in fact I was looking for the AiroPro model. The guy was snarky informing me that that was just the brand.
I have had 2 defective AiroSport models this year and wanted the more reliable model the AiroPro. I am well versed with the Airo Brand, apparently they are not at this location as there are 2 battery models the AiroPro and the AiroSport.
You would also think that by checking peopleās idās they would realize when it is someoneās birthday, but the staff didnāt or chose not to acknowledge it was...
