We noticed that it seemed like our whole home humidifier was not working properly this winter as the air in our house was very dry. After extensive searching on the web on how to check for problems myself, I ended up turning to the experts and called Aire Serv of Mid Michigan.

I was set up with an appointment in less than a week from my call and on the day of the appointment I received a courtesy call advising when they were on their way. I met with Brian and Chad who were both very polite, professional and took the time to rule out all options before determining that it was the circuit board on the control panel that was not functioning. The part needed was ordered right then (Monday) and was available on Tuesday at which time I received a call from Aire Serv to set up a second appointment to come back and install (which we scheduled for Wednesday). On Wednesday afternoon I met at my home with Brad who took the time to answer all my questions upon installation of the new control panel and was just as courteous as Brian and Chad two days before him.

Within a weeks time my issue was resolved and my family is breathing comfortably once again. The interaction I had with all three of these gentlemen (and the office staff too) will have me using Aire Serv for any future HVAC needs. The professionalism of your employees is greatly...

My AC is 20+ yrs old and my furnace is almost 30 yr old. In dog years they should both be buried in the backyard pet cemetery But thanks to Aire Serve intervention they aren’t yet. 2 years ago they got my furnace running again and the tech was open and honest, letting me know things were a band aid fix buying me some time to get resources for a replacement furnace. Yesterday a wonderful young tech Tim Lane completely inspected my furnace with pictures inside and out to show me that time was up and decisions needed to be made. We covered safety and health issues present, not to scare me but to make me aware of band aid versus doing the job right (my words not his). I will be meeting with a rep next Friday to discuss furnace replacement. Because of their techs and their above and beyond care of me and my home and not pushing me I have found myself trusting this company with my life and safety. Because of a sweet young tech and some magic he took care of my obsolete air conditioner and got me through the summer, now Tim Lane who probably saved my life per finding a carbon monoxide leak from my soon to be replaced furnace. The duct cleaning service was very thorough. Each supply and return vent was cleaned and the trunk lines were all cleaned out as well. 2 employees worked from 830am to 130pm. They were both very nice and professional. They wore masks the entire time too. The before & after photos they took reveled quite a difference in the amount of dust removed from the HVAC system. I was on the fence about having my ducts cleaned because researching some gov websites had limited things to say about if it is effective and I didn’t know how complete of a job they would do. Helps to ask questions. Aireserv was happy to answer all my questions and let me watch alongside them as they worked since I like knowing how it all gets done.
