Bright Beginnings Learning Center — Local services in Grand Ledge

Thank goodness we found this place!!! Our previous corporate- owned daycare could not prevent our daughter from being bitten. My wife found this place and boy are we thankful. First the staff turnover is zero, which allows our daughter to really become comfortable with the teachers, so much so, she literally jumps into their arms at drop off and it's a struggle getting her to leave! Second, they care for children as their own, most days my daughter won't even let me put her coat on until she goes around and gives all the teachers a hug. Last but not least, they have a family-centered environment which my wife and I really appreciate. As a new parent, every time I've asked for advice dealing with our beautiful yet feisty 2 year old they've had excellent recommendations which is a direct result of how well they know our daughter. The amount of stress they have alleviated in my wife and my lives is worth any sum and that doesn't even take into consideration how happy our daughter is! My wife and I are continually amazed at how much our daughter is learning AND how much she enjoys it. My children will never attend another daycare if...

There are not enough amazing words to describe this facility. As a working mom, we worry about where to take our kids and who we feel comfortable leaving them with. Are they getting what they need? Are they being taken care of? The answer here is ABSOLUTELY! My children receive the most incredible care here. Jody, Tricia, and staff always go above and beyond for the families here. Between every day needs, holiday parties, learning opportunities, and just all around fun- Bright Beginnings is an outstanding facility. The WHOLE staff are incredible and make you feel comfortable. As a parent, you’re always informed along the way- which to me is extremely important. I would give this place a million star review if I could. My little guy has been going to Bright Beginnings Learning Center since March 2020. I have never once worried about my child's care with the staff, he has flourished and learned at the center that exceeded any expectation. They communicate to us about his day and are always taking concern for his safety and health. They are like family; my son just loves all the staff and they have played a significant role in his life.
