Stay FAR, FAR away from this store.
Went in to get my old phone factory reset.
Cody waited on me… he had a belligerent attitude from the initial contact, and exhibited all of the characteristics of the worst employee imaginable; he was rude, condescending, sarcastic, argumentative, negative, and impatient…. and was obviously more interested in listening to the football game on the radio rather than doing his job.
I finally called him out on his attitude and asked why he was so rude. He said he wasn’t and felt like a juvenile argument was the best tact to pursue.
It was immediately apparent that his view was ‘the customer is the enemy.’ Very unfriendly and had all the personality of a potted plant. I will never walk through those doors again
Add to this the fact that he never smiled once and refused to make eye contact, defaulting to a disgruntled and sour look on his face adds up to an employee that should NEVER be allowed to wait on or interact with the public.
Cody should be fired immediately and I recommend he walk across the street (if he is smart enough to make it without being hit by a car) and apply for a ‘fry-boy’ job in the back recesses of McDonalds..
Oh….. and the other young guy working there is almost as bad. Asked me if I needed something… and when I told him ‘yeah’, he responded by saying he was really busy and didn’t have time to help. huh? I was literally the only customer in the store.
Why did he ask then??!
Businesseskid are forced to hire the bottom of the barrel apparently in these govt give away times.
As a salesman that deals with customers and manage million dollars accounts every day, I can say this kid isn’t fit to sell balloons at the carnival.

Read moreI ordered an IPhone 15 on September 22,2023, the first date you could preorder the IPhone 15. Ian waited on me. At that time they had a promotion get a Iwatch free and IPad. I paid the taxes on each. I only had to agree to pay for a line a month. $10.00 for IPad and $5.00 a month for each for. I distinctly ask Ian if they were free only pay taxes and pay for separate lines on each. He assured me yes they were free. The first bill I got they charged me monthly fee to purchase of each. I called TCC and Ian said I need to come in to the store ( he was rude and said he couldn’t do anything if I refused to come in.) I did not refuse to come in but I felt it could be handled over the phone. He said it would be fixed after the first couple of months. Wrong. I waited til December and they are still billing me. I called Ian and he stated he couldn’t do anything because it was too late. He also said they had a lot of promos going on at that time and I signed up for a different one. (Which was not true). I ask to speak with a manager and Ian stated there were no managers there. He said the mangers float from different stores. Not sure that was true either. They must work on commission and will tell you anything to make a sell. Very disappointed in their customer service. He lied and tried to make it seem it was my fault. I will never go to that location again. I’m sure I cannot be the only one he lied to about that promotion. Ian needs to find a different job. He is rude and a liar. Will say anything to make a sell. I contacted Verizon and they supposedly have fixed it. We will see with the next bill. Very pleasant to work...
Read moreWe had a large task list, new phones, 4 lines, upgrade to unlimited. Cody was very patient and helped us immensely. Highly recommend, will never go to an official "corporate store" again!
When it came time to pick up the new phones, we were helped by Makiah. He was phenomenal. Helped us switch our data to the new phone and installed cases/screen protectors.
BUT, it gets better! While we were there for our phones, we were telling him how bad the internet was at our house. We live outside of town. He told us about the (relatively) new Verizon Internet Gateway. We were sold, every point he made about it and the plan only further solidified our decision. We ordered.
BUT it gets better yet! After picking up the Gateway from Makiah and bringing it home, we had some issues connecting (activation, LED colors/codes) and I must have talked to Makiah 5 times. In the end he fixed everything, and has worked great in our seemingly "black hole" of internet availablity.
