Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Grand Ledge

Decided to go back to Pizza Hut after a long absence, had felt like the quality had fallen off and just stopped for a while. It was the crust, it just was not as nice and chewy as it used to be. Today it was back to good quality but darn it's hard to pay 20 plus dollars for a medium sized meat lovers pizza! That's not their fault, pretty common everywhere anymore but whew! I did curbside pickup and they were ready on time and the pizza was quite hot. Full credit for that. Also, I paid for extra cheese and pepperoni and honestly couldn't tell that there was extra, just seemed like a solid ordinary amount. Could not get the app to work either which was also a problem the last couple times so they've not really improved it at least as far as I can tell. This time it kept saying it didn't know my name but wouldn't let me do a new account because my phone number was already in the system. Just got into a circular Catch-22 and finally simply ordered online. So, bottom line, it's a good experience as far as the product but there are a lot of other factors...

I used to be a regular customer here, but I can honestly say this place has gone way downhill since new management has taken over and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the Grand Ledge area. There's plenty of other pizza places to choose from, so why should we spend our hard-earned money here? I have seen the new male manager - Marshall, I believe his name is - berate and scream at customers and employees alike, record customers and employees without their consent or permission on his personal cellphone. The interior and exterior of the establishment is gross and unkempt with new management. The previous male manager was so friendly and kept the place spotless; I spent more money here when he was in charge. I'm just curious as to why he no longer works there? This was our first time dining in and we had a great experience. They were short staffed but still provided fantastic service. The delivery driver we interacted with was nice and brought us our drinks promptly. Marshall, the gentleman with glasses who made and brought us our food, was amazing. He was flying around like a ninja making great food. 🍕 🥷🏻

The NY Pizza was 10/10 delicious. The boneless wings and lemon peppers fries were perfect. Marshall even shared some of his favorite menu items.

This is the Pizza Hut experience I grew up with: delicious pizza, a chill atmosphere (the music selection was great) and great service for a reasonable price. Our two kids loved it too. We will definitely be back!
