A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Grand Ledge

The food is usually pretty good when I come here, but it will probably be a long while before I come back, if I ever do. I ordered my meal large size and was immediately handed a medium drink. Not a huge deal. I tell the employee at the window that I ordered a large and will pay the difference to get what I asked for if I wasnt already charged for it. She was very nice and grabbed a calculator to figure the cost difference, I paid it, and then she handed me the large drink and the root beer float I also ordered ( with ice cream was spilling down the outside of the cup) and then said have a good night. I wasn't given my food yet, so I had to remind her. I get to my destination and take a sip of my drink and it's diet coke, not the Dr. Pepper I had asked for. There was no fork to eat my slaw with and my chicken tenders were so hard, I couldn't even chew them. It was like chewing on shrimp tails. The shrimp were great, but the fries tasted like they had been cooked and reheated and were very hard. Very disappointing meal for...

I had a mix up on a order in the drive threw i paid then grabbed the food, as the lady asked if i had everything i peaked into the bags smiled and nodded my head and said you have a great day ... I made it home with everyone waiting. I rushed inside to find out that there was probably another bag left behind as bummed as we were i called they said to come back they would give me the bag that i left without and remake my order that way it was hot and fresh! Now let me be clear it was my fault i should have checked my order and did not!!! They didn't owe me a thing but still took care of the family and me... I tried to pay and they wouldn't expect it so yes i would say mistakes happen but how they took care of it this time and in the past is of the most customers satisfaction setting a standard that every business should strive for! Keep up the outstanding work...

Walked in, wasn't greeted in an almost empty room, sat down and ordered coffee to a waitress devoid of any customer service skills. Waitress brought coffee and asked if we knew what we wanted. I said not yet and asked for creamer and sugar for the coffee. She went to get the creamer and sugar, approx. 2 minutes, brought it back and asked again if we knew what we wanted we placed our order and asked for spoons to stir our coffee as there was no silverware on the table nor did she bring any. She leaves and does not come back with said spoons. 5 more minutes later I have to go to the kitchen to ask for the spoons. She brings our food to us places it down with the obligatory enjoy your meal robotic speech. She later brings our bill leaves it on the table, asks us how our food was and leaves before we have hardly finished answering...
