So appearance is everything when it comes to a business I am not from the area but I took a detour to stop at this Little Caesars and as soon as I pulled up my first impression was there's a couple strange sketchy characters on the side of the building smoking so.... let me go ahead and lock the doors why I go inside and get my extra best pizza, I'm sure some ppl would of passed on stopping or even got out of there car simply because they might be worried they of getting robbed or something...then to my surprise those sketchy looking people were actually workers on a smoke break my suggestion would be make them go to the back of the building not on the side and make it mandatory to have a clean and professional Presence at the workplace ie: clothes not hanging off them grommed etc.. that was my 1st impression..the guy at the cashier was super upbeat and inside look clean modern and upkept so that was on point.
NOW i grab a extra best which was ready to go right away, awesome! ! At least i thought. ...
as soon as i get into my car i dive right into the pizza, to my surprise the other thing extra about it was extra dry. .extra less sauce. .. extra hard cheese seriously thee worst i mean THEE worst Little Caesars pizza I've ever had.. and it was hard to swallow literally.. i could only stomach 2 slices the rest thrown out. Imo, if the pizza sits in the oven after a certain period of time donate it to someone. . Give it to them for free let the workers take it home. . Ooor bettter yet The next customer that comes in once they place there order say hey if you buy a bread stick and sauce we have this pie that ran out of time sitting in the oven and is your for free since your now buying xyz.. or simply throw it out. .. but whatever you do don't sell it to your customers because you end up with a one-star review instead of a 5-star review. and if i was in the area, i...
Read moreI visited this location on Monday, October 16, 2023 between 5:30 and 6:00 PM. There was a young man working the front counter, obviously a high school aged kid and he was waiting on an elderly woman with a cane in front of me. When her pizza was ready he went to hand her the box and she rudely said, "How am I supposed to carry that and get the door?" I was immediately shocked by her tone and rudeness. The boy stated he would help her with the door at which time she turned around and began walking to the door, he still had her pizza box in hand but came around the counter to help her with the door. She again snapped him that she couldn't get the door herself, which he was trying to help her with but had to go around to her other side. Once outside she asked about her receipt, which he pointed out was in her hand. She then snapped at him again when he again tried to hand her the pizza by saying, "How am I supposed to carry that and get into my car?" She then made him stand there, in the cold, wearing only a t-shirt, while she dug for her keys in her purse. Once her car was unlocked she yanked the pizza out of his hands and tossed it onto her dashboard before getting into her car. Never thanked him or even acknowledged the extra help he gave her.
I want to make sure the young man knows that his kindness and compassion for someone who was rude and deserved neither kindness or compassion did not got unnoticed and I hope his employer knows that he went above and beyond what I am sure his job duty calls for, even when he was being treated...
Read moreI asked for flavored crust, you agreed to give me flavored crust. Wth happened??? Yes I know it's just $5.00 again wth. So this was for years ago. I went back today 12/8/2023, four years later. Omg my mistake!! I ordered their cookies they told me I have to bake them, really isn't that the reason we go to the carryout is so we're not baking? Then it was just like four little brownie cookies okay whatever it was only $4. But the kicker was when I got a piece of pizza you could clearly see that they had taken an older Pizza and added the appropriate toppings and sold it to me. The original topping that they had on their pepperoni was melted into the cheese at one point. The additional toppings that I had asked for were just thrown on the top of the pizza, every time you tried to pick the slice up to get a bite they all fell off. Their website told me give them a few extra minutes because they were busy at this time okay it happens. There wasn't anybody there but the staff. And my pizza obviously was not fresh from the oven. I guess it'll be another 4 years before I try them again. Okay rant over, I...
