Went in to inquire about welding two necklaces and was given ridiculously high rates $30 when I could just make the drive to Oak Cliff and get them fixed for $10/$15 then I asked about a 26in rope chain with a cross how much could I get for it if I sell it to them...when the woman came back saying '$310 but I'll push it to $320' 🤣🤣 spent $1200 when purchased at a reputable jewelry store in Dallas...I walked out of there laughing, want to charge you twice as much on a easy welding and buy out jewelry at the lowest most ridiculous rates...so my christmas tree is worth more than a 14k rope chain?? 😆✌ went to another shop afterwards and asked again about the chain this time just out of curiosity and was given a much way higher and decent offer. These guys sale fake jewelry I bought some earrings from them and couple days after I bought them my ears started itching I called them they said bring them in to take a look at them. I happen to know a friend who has worked at a pawn shop for years and took the earrings to him he right away notices that they were fake. Not only did I go to him I took it to another jeweler they also said that the earrings were plated. I brought them in told them basically that they were not real. I've been coming here off and on for years and years. Never had a bad experience and everything I've ever bought from Bernard's was good and in working order. I bought 2 guitars today Nov 2022 and must say I'm impressed yet again! Not just at the guitars ; which are 20% off so get one quick; but the prices are way too good to pass up on.
