Went to this store for 1st time two . ago. Nice young Latina woman helped. TV I couldn't decide on facial products and same lady said all coild be returned. I did not open any product just read each product. Once decision made I returned to DD's and mgr and opened each product. The mgt would only accept an obviously used product. She also removed the seal on one product!!! She ignored sales said could return. No returns there. Original sales lady there smiling and ignored my disputes/questions. I accepted return, came back a few days later and used. Today this mgr Sue approached Me privately and asked if I called police my 3rd visit? She said I had a wig om today but didn't have on on 'when sales called police on me'. She said I would not get on phone to talk to police. The whole conversation was confusing because she would not clarify her accusations! I know nothing about accusations.or Sales calling police! Sue said she wasn't there during my return, would NEVER open a seal even though she inspected each item like a forensic detective. Today Sue talked to me like a child and said "listen to me real good because I'm only going to say this once. The next time you come in here causing corruption, police will be called and you'll be issued a ticket". ???? I told her to listen to me real goof too, you have the wrong person and tell your staff all black people do not look alike". The whole ordeal was confusing! Each time I mentioned something Sue should remember she changed subject. Totally confusing! Rember no returns, just credits and exchanges. Be careful with sales; limited English and race awanes when needed. Mgr Sue is hesvy set, dark skin black woman, wears wig, runs store like she's an executive at Neiman's, or working Law & Order lies confuses you a lot. The prices are great here and I will return. I made a very beautiful young lady couple days ago and we was in the laundry mat and I asked her where did she get her laundry basket and she told me at this place dd's Discounts and I have never visited this discount store this was my first time. When I walk in I was very amazed of all of the different kind of merchandise that they have. Since it was my first time in so you know I walked around to check out the store. I was needing some assistance and I made some really kind-hearted people that made my visit worth going in some of the staff even made my shopping experience even better. Overall the time was great the shopping experience was excellent I couldn't ask for a better day in dd's Discount store. The price was worth it. I proceed to go to the bathrooms and I find the ridiculous thing, because it has no other name that the bathrooms were closed and the clients need an employee to come and open them since they have codes. I went out to look in desperation to be able to open the bathroom to an employee and I found two in the hallway. I proceeded to ask her if she could open the bathroom for me to prevent my 4-year-old from peeing on it. To which the girl tells me yes. Then the other employee comes and when I turned around she started yelling at me āGIRLā HEY GIRL and I proceeded to turn around to see if she was talking to me and indeed this old woman was scolding me because I asked them to open the bathroom for me. She told me when you need the bathroom opened, ask for help in front, don't go around the store looking for help and I told her I asked you for help because she was passing by in the hallway and I saw you. The old woman was literally 5 steps from the bathroom, but she decided to scold me before the other employee opened the bathroom door for me. Evaluate the behavior of your employees and, in the same way, employees; If you can't have empathy with a small child or with a person who just wants to use the bathroom, stay at home and don't work. In the end they pay you for doing YOUR job, not for mistreating customers.
Hoy fui a esta tienda y mi niƱo pequeƱo queria usar el baƱo. Procedo a ir a los baƱos y me encuentro con la ridicules, porque no tiene otro nombre de que los baƱo estaban cerrados y los clientes necesitan que venga un empleado a abrirlos ya que tienen codigos. Salgo a buscar en la desesperacion de poder abrir el baƱo a una empleada y me consegui dos en el pasillo. Procedo a preguntarle a ella que si me podia abrir el baƱo para evitar que mi pequeƱo de 4 aƱos se hiciera pipi encima. A lo aue me dice la muchacha que si. Luego viene la otra empleada y cuando me di la vuelta comenzo a gritarme āNIĆAā HEY NIĆA y yo me procedo a voltearme para ver si me hablaba a mi y efectivamente esta vieja estaba regaƱandome porque le pedi a ellas que me abrieran el baƱo. Me dijo cuando necesites que te abran el baƱo pide ayuda alfrente, no te vayas por la tienda buscando ayuda y yo le dije te pedi ayuda podque iba pasando por el pasillo y te vi. Literalmente la vieja estaba a 5 pasos de el baƱo, pero ella decidio regaƱarme antes de que la otra empleada me abriera la puerta de el baƱo. Evaluen el comportamiento de sus empleados y de igual manera, empleados; si no puedes tener empatia con un niƱo pequeƱo o con una persona que solo quiere utlizar el baƱo quedate en tu casa y no trabajes.
