Logo Factory — Local services in Grand Prairie

Wanted to like this logo company as it was referred to me. However, after driving over an hour to the location in Grand Prairie, sitting with Maria Munoz and discussing my vision and showing her a picture of a logo that my son made for me (she did not take notes- BTW), showing her my uniform colors and paying a $25 deposit, they we're unable to produce a logo of my liking. The customer service was substandard as Maria promised a logo within a couple of days but did not respond for a week. When Maria did finally respond, the logos were not what we had discussed...no surprise there! She promised more options which still were not what we discussed. Then communication from Maria abruptly ceased. I had to call them repeatedly to get the status of my case. They put another person, Ally, on my case. She produced only two more logos. When I requested that she move one item in the logo she responded with saying that her boss said I was taking up too much of their time and they can no longer help me. It's almost a month since my initial visit. I cannot recommend...

I have used logo factory in the past and the last order that I received was less than acceptable, however I took it anyway as I needed the shirts. So I decided to order with them again since my orders before that one was great. After speaking with Joaquin he assured me that this order would not be like the last so I submitted my request. I did not receive a response to confirm my order. I have tried to reach him for more than 3 days and have left numerous messages. I asked them to let me know upfront if they would not be able to complete my order to let me know and so they took it among themselves to cancel my order and give me the run around. Will not be using them again, I also don't recommend it since Joaquin is always too...

I have had several jobs done by this business. FANTASTIC!! The pricing is excellent and the work is top shelf! We have had car magnets, logos, t-shirts, window stickers and more done by them. The owner Joaquin is an incredibly astute business man as he understands that taking care of the client will bring him more business. I deal mostly with him, not so much the staff, but the others that work there seem to be capable as well. I am very impressed by his ability to turn jobs around immediately when needed. For logo design they do a great job. Ever since I started using this company I don't get work done...
