I don't like sharing poor reviews, but I was excited to try this place. It had good reviews. PROS: service was good. I was greeted as I entered and was waited on promptly, with friendly service. The decor was unique and the bathroom was clean and well decorated. The chips had a seasoning salt on them for a unique twist. The salsa, though thin (not chunky) , did taste good and was served hot. CONS: I had the quesadilla with Chicharron. An unusual choice, but fantastic when done properly. This wasn't. The Chicharron was very tough and chewy. I couldn't even stab it with a fork. The cheese sauce tasted OK, but made the quesadilla very wet and soggy. It was hard to eat and very messy. The rice was your standard Spanish rice. No beans, instead you get shredded lettuce with diced tomatoes. That would be good for a taco plate, but not a quesadilla imo. Overall, not as good of an experience that I...

We came here for a very late dinner after coming from a game, the place was not packed, plenty of seating and ok in parking spots. There was a birthday party inside this place on one side of the restaurant with live music which was ok with us (it was loud but we were still able to talk) We asked for a large shrimp cocktail and one vuelve a la vida cocktail ($20 each) they were really good in taste and size, (next time we will choose one for both) they give you chips and salsa to start at no cost which was nice. Restrooms were clean and the people from the party used them also. We ended up paying $57 for two people not including the tip and no dessert. Overall if we go to Grand Prairie we will def go back, the service is great and my virgin michelada was...

Not a lot of people when we arrived so we asked if they could put the TCU vs wvu game - it’s a sports bar - they didn’t know how to change the channel. When I placed my order they looked at me like it was asking for something off menu - I asked for a molcajete with no beans or avocado- our waitress went missing and we asked the bar man to send us over someone. That lady was so rude ! The salsa de molcajete and fresh tortillas were yummy so I was hoping their food would make up for the bad service. Didn’t order anything else. Paid and left. Again- not a lot of...

My first time eating here and it was a great experience. The Restaurant is super clean, the waitress we had was very kind to us and let us know what specials they had going on. I really enjoyed the fish and my husband said the tacos were great! We both left feeling super full. And another plus the Agua de piña is real fruit! Super tasteful, we will be back
