Shakedown Street — Local services in Grand Rapids

If u buy a vape kit here don’t expect them to stock replacement coils...two months have went by with me making 3 separate specific trips to get a item...each time they take my name and number down to call when it comes in...I never have received a call after any of the times...when I called today to see if they had the coil in I was told yes...when I asked the “manager” if she was sure she said yes...when I pressed her a bit further it turns out she was looking at the wrong coil....her response “I don’t think they make that for your piece”...I explain they do and I’m positive of it...her response “well I can order the coil and give you a call”....right like that would happen....when I say no don’t bother ill get them online and explain my frustration her response is to get short and snippy with me...I’ve waited 2 months so that I could continue to patronize a local store I have spent hundreds of dollars at...get your stuff together shakedown you just lost a local and loyal customer of about 10 years all over staff not doing a simple task and other staff becoming annoyed that their mistake...

Understand one thing before shopping here. It is essentially a cleaner version of a head shop. They sell clothing that I occasionally buy (hats, pants, the wife loves the dresses), large incense collection that I'm a huge fan of, and their pipe & accessory assortment is both affordable and high quality. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Most important to me is that when I have a question they don't know the answer to, they don't just make something up. They tell me they don't know, they call someone to find an answer, or they refer me elsewhere to get the correct information.

Customer service is always amazing, they always go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. Kay was very helpful on the phone and made sure to follow through with an order of mine. I’m so happy to have found this wonderful gem I can’t wait to come back out and visit soon. The store atmosphere is always very relaxing and chill very unique items and their glass variety is beautiful. The pricing is very fair considering the quality and craftsmanship put into it the unique pieces.
