Not to sound hyperbolic but absolutely one of the worst experiences of customer service in any of our personal encounters.
My husband and our two friends went to see Windsor Cottage's offerings of dining and living room furniture. We barely entered the store when a vertically challenged man sporting a beard and wearing a red sweater shouted that we're to browse in a clockwise pattern.
Two of us had questions about several pieces but the same man waved us away in a dismissive manner. It was then that our friends exited the store after that last insult. Afterwards he added being "pressed for time because of the busy nature of such a high end establishment."
There's more to tell but these three episodes are enough for anyone to draw a picture of the unprofessionalism behavior exhibited here.
