I had received a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift and instantly loved it, but unfortunately had an issue with the graphic not holding up through the wash. After leaving my initial review detailing my experience and concerns about quality in comparison to price, I was asked to contact the management to work and when I did I was given a reasonable explanation for the problem and steps being taken to resolve it, and was offered a fair resolution to my defective item.
