This was my first time going as I was getting together with a group of friends for dinner. I was immediately welcome when I came in by the staff and I got a table for 5 in the back and our server was Carlos. Let me start off by saying he is so kind and genuine. He had a warm welcoming and since being my first time told me a little introduction about the restaurant. He stated they’ve been open 9 weeks and they have cool events like on Thursday is karaoke , Friday a Dj with a dance floor, Saturdays live bands and on Mondays it’s Michelada Mondays where they have trivia night!! I went over the menu and he explained that they just added wings to their food choices as well as top sellers on burgers. The California ( classic in n out style) , the BBQ Bacon, the Mushroom Swiss ( what I ordered ) and the Yellowstone which is a bison patty with all the fixings. They even have yummy appetizers from fried mushrooms, zucchini, pickles and more! I ordered the mushrooms (can you tell I love mushrooms ) and the pickles. Delicious!! The brioche buns they use were the best I’ve had, the burger was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. They also have weekly happy hour from 2-5pm $2 off draft beer and craft drinks as well as 2 for 1 appetizers. I tried their blue mountain lemonade which was one of the best drinks I’ve had in awhile. Bartenders are more like mixologists with the yummy creations they have to select from. Great deals!! Great music !! They play an array of music which when I walked in it was Bob Marley and Rasta music along with country and hip hop you name it. They have a “Juke box” style DJ player that you can put in song requests and it’ll play next on Que. The environment was great the staff was super pleasant and friendly as well as Carlos being attentive at all times, even when it started to get busy! Super pleased with the experience and my friends and I enjoyed our evening and will definitely return! It’s a great place that brings life to Grand Terrace! Definitely a place you must...

Yooo this place is so fire, first off its very clean, unfortunately there is nowhere to sit and eat the food, so the first day (Saturday) we had to stop at university village to eat our food. My GF and I went two days in a row thats how good the food was. The second day we stopped at miguel’s around the corner from the establishment they had some outside seating. So yeah thats the only critique really. You can see the staff working so it eases your mind on if everything is being done correctly from a health standpoint. Everyone was wearing gloves and keeping the work area clean. The staff working the register we’re nice. They have a good menu so many choices but not too much, i tried the burger first since it is called loud burger and it was very tasty and satisfying, i also tried the chili fries, the chili had a sweet flavor to it, my gf didn't care for it and i had mixed feelings about it but when i tried it the next day i grew to like it and it reminded me of the chili from Tommy’s burger. Sunday i tried the “Holy Cluck” chicken sandwich and the Titan chili fries. Yumm the chicken sandwich was so warm and refreshing like a chicken BLT with all the fixings, The fries had some really well prepared pastrami very good. I will definitely be coming back and telling friends about this spot. Another critique we had was the fries could have been a tad bit crunchier, they cook them on the softer side but hey maybe thats how they are intended to be consumed, they still tasted great and had good seasoning, thanks to the Staff working hard and providing us with...

They asked my daughter to wait for a minute (phone) After almost 15 minutes I called, Girl answered and I explained still waiting on other line. They hung up after all of that time and I gave her my phone to place her order for pick up. When she got there they dropped one hamburger on floor and all(only kids working there) stood there laughing. Said" look it's on the floor." The boy working the grill just left the room and another said need someone to grill. Everyone stated they didn't know how to grill. Put a girl on that kept saying she didn't know how. A woman was waiting in her car for her order. She came in and asked for her order. One of them said they forgot to drop the chicken. My daughter told that they were having an issue. The woman said the issue here is there is not one adult there seeing all of this. My hamburger was the worst I have ever tried to eat. Meat was burned, bacon was so over cooked it was like cardboard and couldn't be eaten. My daughter had told them no cheese on either one and no ranch on one. She watched while they put them together as she is gluten free and again said no cheese and I still got cheese on mine. I will never go back there and will not recommend it to anyone. It was a total waste of money. I think some of these reviews are made up by the workers. They do not wear gloves or...

This review is long overdue! I’ve been to Loud Burger three times now, and while the food is decent (the wings are *delicious*), the real reason I keep coming back is Daniel. Daniel is an incredible bartender who puts care and attention into every drink. He makes sure everyone is taken care of, even though it’s clear the place is short-staffed. The food and drinks can take a little longer to come out, but Daniel’s skill and service more than make up for it. Pro tip: Swing by when Daniel is working the bar. The other bartenders don’t bring the same level of experience or attention to detail. Bottom line: The restaurant has its challenges, but Daniel’s service makes it worth the visit. All in all, for the drinks and stay for Daniel.
