I got online and did all the application stuff and picked out what i wanted and it was in store inventory. scheduled a pick and when i showed up was told, No is not here its 20+ miles away, maybe they can get it to the store that day. i leave and go home, I call them back and they tell me the have a used appliance set just like i am looking for in stock and its ready, Ok i am on my way back up to the store. get there and OH NO it just came back and nobody has checked it over. Read moreI've had good experiences with this place for the most part since "Casey" took over as general manager. Spoke to a woman today that changed my outlook on this. Company policy should not get in the way of customer's looking to do business properly. Certainly don't need to have a speech from them on money management. Would have been a 5 had this been handled like it had been for the last few months. Instead I got preached at for 5 mins after making a one month payment. It's a shame.
Edit: I've since spoken with Casey, and he has made it worth trusting in this company and it's people again....

For 9 months I was paying $116 every two weeks and I recently decided to login into my account online and found out I only had to pay $90 every two weeks this whole entire time. And per my contract I would only be paying about $3000 for the furniture but the manager said I’m not done for another year which would bring my total amount to over $5000, but my contract doesn’t say $5000....
