I went into the store today had a few items in my hand to try on as I was waiting by the dressing room door I notice that both employees were occupied one was ringing a customer the other was putting clothing on hangers I decided to Wait until either one where no longer busy or made eye contact to let them know I needed a dressing room. When one of the employees looked up (which I believe was the manager) she asked if I needed a dressing room I said yes please after she let me in she began talking with the other employee at the register saying she just standing there like I can read her mind instead of saying something the other employee then said yea Iknow I hate it when they do that! And kept on talking about it in front of other customers. When I approached her about letting her know that I was only waiting because I saw that they both were busy she said we always busy we here that all the time you just need to say what you need. I told her I was going to after I saw either one of you would be available since there was only a few people in line and you were almost done she just kept going on and on instead of being understanding of me just being patient and didn't even apologize about the conversation between the two of them in front of customers just started to ignore me! It was very unprofessional and rude and honestly uncalled for I really would like to speak to higher management for a compliant on them both! I won't...

The first 3 seconds after some one walks in are when you are at least to acknowledge their presence. If only for theft prevention say...
