These guys are great, always funny and pleasant. Speedy service, great prices. Food is usually really fresh and hot.

Update 2/27/24 I went there today because I wasn't cooking tonight. I was served at the drive-thru window by a young lady I've never seen there before, as she was trying to insert my debit card in the card reader I noticed she kept "fiddling" with something under the card reader. I leaned in a bit and started to ask her if there was a problem and I saw her messing with her phone that was laying face up under the card reader so all my information was facing her phone as she kept pushing it in and out of the reader while holding her phone and moving it around. I immediately told her I was not comfortable with her actions, why was her phone even out on the counter by the register to begin with. I told her to give me my card and I wanted a manager. Now the man that came to the window I've seen every time I've been there so I explained to him my concerns. How do I know she wasn't taking pictures of my card info? It's a legit concern, why does she have it laying under the card reader? He agreed, I then asked him to look at the pic gallery of her phone to prove she didn't. You can TELL me all you want that you didn't, however how do I know that, I don't know you. As I said it's a legit concern, it happens everyday. She pulled up the gallery and he looked at it. Said he didn't see anything, which is good yet why even put a customer in that position?... rules are there for a reason, no phones out during work duties. Unfortunately I probably won't ever go back there again, I'd worry too much unless I paid cash. Shame too, they've...

The cashier's in the drive thru always seem to have an attitude. Especially the young African American girl with the blonde wig. Tonight at almost 7pm my boyfriend and I really wanted to try the new cheezas but seemed like they were closed cause there were no lights on. I pull up to the menu just in case and the girl greeted me and I asked her politely if she could turn on the lights outside cause I couldn't see the menu. Seemed like she wanted an easy night honestly and was probably irritated that she had to work. Anyways, there was a guy in the background of the mic that said let there be light" and the lights came on 🤣 Loved that!

We ordered, #2 and #7 with two cheezas, and the girl didn't make eye contact like usual, held her hand out for the card, rushed the drinks out to me, and when my food was ready she didn't look at me or say anything she just held the food out the window all irritated. Got home, no cheezas. Deeply disappointed. Although I don't think the cheezas was her fault, she should've double checked. And double checked her attitude 🤷‍♀️ I would've given less stars because of the cashier always with the attitude and the missing food this time, but I do believe that the cooks are hard working and they make great food.

Also she didn't give me a receipt so I can't to the KFC survey, and even when I search KFC survey it makes you jump through alot of hoops and doesn't get you...

Staff was argumentative. My food wasn’t ready for pickup when I got there I watched them package the wrong quantities and leave things out. I checked my food at my car and then went back in to ask for my biscuits and my gravy and one particular employee with a long blonde braid told me it was in my bag. I told her I had the food with me it was missing she was good to look through it she hugged and got an attitude with me while someone replaced my missing items. As she continued to play on her phone and talk to a coworker.

When I got home the extra crispy chicken I ordered was so soggy that the skin was falling off. The Mac and cheese looked burnt like it was sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The popcorn chicken was inedible it had been cooked so long and the popcorn chicken in the famous brown tasted burnt like the grease hadn’t been changed in weeks. The biscuits were hard as rocks they could have been used for hockey pucks.

Between the food and the attitude at this store I can’t believe they are still...
