It is with a heavy heart that I share this story with you. We were referred to Blueprint KC from a stylist that has worked with him in the past. We agreed to pursue custom wedding garments for our wedding day. Every single step of the process brought us anxiety and a sense of being put on the back burner. There were multiple promises made by Sheraz that were not fulfilled including the final completion of our garments by the multiple agreed upon deadlines. There were a couple of appointments being rescheduled because he had to work his other job, had other client deadlines and various excuses as to why he could not hold up his end of the bargain. I was left with days before my wedding searching for a dress and my husband a jacket. Sheraz does not handle negative customer feedback very well, he has poor customer service skills, overbooks himself, cannot time manage and has no sense of professionalism. This is every bride’s nightmare and I lived it. To put the cherry on top, after expressing how he can make things right with us, he agrees to only allow a partial refund of the deposit at the expense of signing an NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Funny how that is the only part of the contract he is adamant about abiding. If that isn’t some shady business, I don’t know what is. I would urge you to seek any possible other avenue for garments. It’s not worth the heartache putting your time, money, and energy into this sad excuse for a small business. His contract is set up to protect him and not the customer from him. If my review doesn’t help you look elsewhere, please consider reading the other 10 1-star reviews within the last year. We should’ve looked at the reviews prior to signing an agreement with him. Once we discovered these other reviews, he had nothing to say that really negated from what the reviews stated, and you’ll find that there are similar stories of customer experiences. He is taking advantage of your dollar...
Read moreMe and my girl went to pick up her dress last and I have to say, I was blown away by the level of service and the quality of the products. Despite the store poor reviews, due to the delays for customers dresses and poor communication.. the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.
The products were high-quality, both stylish and well-made. We’ve received so many compliments on her dress.
It's clear that they care deeply about their customers and take pride in what they do, even in the face of adversity.
I wanna give thanks to our dress designer Sharez. Sharez's attention to detail and tenacity are unmatched, and he always ensures that his work is of the highest quality. He takes the time to truly understand the needs of his team and clients, and works tirelessly to exceed their expectations. His passion for his work is contagious and his enthusiasm is truly inspiring.
Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Despite their struggles, they are a shining example of what a great store should be. I hope that they continue to thrive and succeed in the...
Read moreI would not recommend getting a custom dress from here. The designer took our dress ideas on June 5th, for a wedding in early September. We were told the dresses would be worked on as soon as we paid our first deposit which we did that same day. In late August, he has us come to sample the dresses which were not in the fabric we chose. He tells us that is because the dress style we wanted would not look good in the fabric we chose in June. This is understandable, but why not call us as soon as he had that information rather than wait and surprise us with dresses we didn’t want? Additionally, the fabric he chose was very cheap looking (think 80s work out attire). Not worth the $325 we paid for each dress. I have never had such a horrible experience with a small business and it is so unfortunate that I will not be able to recommend...
