I love Duluth dry on the fly pants! Their products are amazing! However, their management team seems to be unaware of the details of their "No Bull Guarantee."
I have 8+ pairs of Duluth pants. One pair happened to have developed holes. Weird because they are my newest pair. I contacted customer service, and they said it would be no problem to take care of. But advised me to go into the store to avoid shipping delays.
While in the store and discussing the holes in the pants with a manager, I was told there was nothing he could do. That normal wear and tear is not covered under the guarantee. After further discussion, he agreed to exchange the pants only because customer service had told me otherwise.
It's funny how my newest out of 8 pairs of pants is the pair to develop a hole..... could be a defective batch of fabric. It could be a number of issues. But, when a company advertises a "No Bull Guarantee," I do not expect issues with a manager at a store.

Read moreI went in to the store today and had a significant amount of merchandise to return and wanted to exchange a couple of items. Suzanne did a great job of being detailed, friendly, and accommodating. Shamefully, I was being impatient in the beginning because she was going to reimburse the returns as one transaction and I told her that I did not want it done that way in a very unnecessary, snarky, and demanding manner.She maintained her composure and without hesitation adjusted the transaction to my preference. I felt bad and apologized several times but she didn’t deserve the treatment I gave her. At the end after we did all my returns, she ordered me an item that was not in the store and assisted me in purchasing a couple of new items. She was truly wonderful and I cannot say enough how bad I feel for my behavior. She was very gracious and kind. She is a top tier employee and person. I will keep going back to this location. After shopping and selecting some items, I went to the spot that says "Line starts here". There was only one register open at the time and I was next in line, so I walked over toward that register about 6' away from the person at that register. Magically, another cashier shows up next to the previously only open register and says, "I can help the next in line", which was me. So, I walk up to the register and they tell me, "No, they are next"; pointing back to the "line starts here" spot 20 feet away. Considering I was at that spot well before the people he was pointing at, I was not happy. When I finally made it to the checkout, the same cashier asked, "Is this your first time here?"
