They do not understand customer service. Their machine gouged by ball and I brought it up to the service desk and was told by the manager that they would not fix it and questioned me as to weather or not it actually happened there. Shocked at being accused of lying and their piss poor response i explained that when I bowled a league at Eastbrook they always repaired damaged balls no questions. The manager then told me I was lying because she use to work there and they never fixed customer balls. I decided I would never bowl here again. However recently my wife wanted to do another league there because it worked best for the other members of our team. Reluctantly I obliged. The most recent issue with them is they stopped accepting credit card for league fees. When asked why they said the fees were too high and offered the customers to use the ATM and incur the fees instead of the business. I will not be bowling at Fairlanes any longer. Like I said to begin with. They have no concept of...

I went with a group of friends. Got our shoes. Got our lanes. Went to the food area. Order a couple of sodas. Came back and asked the worker, whom originally rung me up, if they had ginger ale. He was so dismissive when he stated I should do to the bar and asked them. I mean, I was asking for a ginger ale, not an alcoholic drink. I went to the bar. The lady told me to wait. Didn't asked me what I needed. I waited while she ran back and forth to delivery some beers to a couple of tables. While I waited, two WHITE MALE customers also come up to the bar. She asked them right away what they needed. Even though I had been there first. She provided them what they wanted first. The staff came across as if they do not want to or know how to deal with a diverse group/people outside their average customers. This is was my first time visiting this bowling alley. I won't be returning. On the bright side, the...

After reconsidering my review I wanted to delete my post bc it didn’t paint 🎨 an appropriate picture of my experience at Fairlanes during a Pandemic. I deleted the post and realized I couldn’t delete the review entirely. A proper review would have been that the facility was very well maintained, the overall experience was great and staff were obviously doing everything they could to maintain compliance throughout their facility. Signs are posted to inform patrons of the current obligations required in order to maintain compliance of these pandemic related regulations. So all things considered I decided to give proper review of my personal experience. I decided to change my review to a five bc of the fact that my family got to go 🎳 despite all the restrictions Fairlanes is open for business and giving people a chance to enjoy a chance to get out of the house and do...

Not a bad bowling alley. Admitting that there are upscale locations that are much nicer, for the basic bowling experience, this gets the job done. Understand that during the bowling season, the lane is basically unavailable for private bowling on Saturday. Any other day, you will find this a more than satisfactory experience. There is a moderately stocked bar, a small semblance of an arcade, and a decent pro shop. Great for a family night out or a get together with old friends. I would recommend other lanes for birthday parties and the like.

Looked on the website for open bowling and found this place. Drove to the place and on the way in some random guy says “if your here for open bowling we have leagues right now for thext 30 weeks” clearly on the site it says $2 bowling and $2 shoes on Thursday. Guy didn’t even apologize at first and waited till we got to our car. Update your site and don’t waste people time.

I visited here for my work bowling party (over 100 people) and it was a lot of fun! The bowling alley was relatively clean and the pizza that we ordered was really good. They were able to keep up with how many people attended which was really nice to see. Definitely would come back (outside of a work party too).
