Their communication skills are null. No one answers when called. My order was missing 2 pizza’s totaling about $40. Initially they contacted me to let me know that they were checking into it and then they ghosted me with no refund as of yet. Tomorrow will be a week since my order was delivered and I have reached out about 4 times now. I have had several times where products were missing and had to keep after them for a refund. Things will most likely be perfect until you commit to a market pass(non-refundable subscription)I would advise you don’t do that. The vendors are mostly good and it is a shame they are represented by this company. If I don’t hear from them by the end of the week I will file a grievance with my credit card company. Product delivered just fine. Their instructions say to leave out previous packaging so that it could be re-used. I did that and the driver did NOT take the box, even though it was identical to the boxes delivered.

Order was delivered with missing items on May 4th. Problem reported using their reporting tool for such things... in fact, several times. As of May 14th still no reply on the issue, automated or otherwise. Also learning on FB that this is a common experience. There is no way to talk to a human being...
