Beyond impressed with the help & service we received today!! My daughter’s car wouldn’t start, we were pretty sure it was the battery. Antonio helped us test the battery & it was faulty. But from the photo we brought in, he could tell that a sensor had also broken off of the charging cable. He helped us get a new battery, and cable, and even helped us know the right size tools to re-install it. He helped carry the heavy battery to the car. We would have been lost without his help. And he didn’t make us feel stupid!! (Even though we were really out of our depth.) And we got her car working great!!...

There was a trainee that was helping me with my truck and this trainee's trainer and older manager with a handle bar mustache where treating this kid so poorly i couldn't believe it. I am so so disappointed in the leadership that it isn't funny at all. This kid was helping me and the manager and the trainer freaking bullied this kid. I will not stand for it. Not ok!! Thanks to the kid I don't hate O'Reilly, that manager and the trainer need to either be removed or severely reprimanded for how poorly in public they treated the young man....

The tall Skinny employee there doesn't seem to take anything serious, proceeded to tell me that Dodge didn't have Diesel engines until the 1990s and treated me like I was wrong. They do not take anything seriously.

This is why I don't come to any O'Reilly because you guys have the knack of hiring people who don't know anything about vehicles and do not train them properly.

Went to this location because it was closer to home and so at this point I'd rather burn gas driving to Tooele in order to go to Autozone than...
